Megan took a few hesitant steps toward him, her face tushed from the cold.
“Zay–Zay, actually, it wasn’t me who took care of you that day.
Zayn was taken aback. He hadn’t expected her to come clean about it herself. He raised an eyes. “Didn’t you say it was you before?”
Megan’s eyes welled up with bears. “That day, Iwanted to come, but the dorm supervisor refused to open the door for me. So only came the next morning after 6:00 am.”

Her voice cracked as she spoke, and soon, tears began to fall.
Zayn studed the fagle, pitiful figure standing before him. He sighed and gently placed a hand on her head.
“Alright,ough of the tears.”
Megan looked up at him, her face still flushed from the cold. “Zay–Zay, are you not mad at me anymore?”
Zayn wiped the bears from her eyes with a soft touch.
Megan’s face was chilly, which showed just how long she had been waiting outside. What was there to be angry about? she was just a little too fond of him.
He shook his head. “You didn’t do anything wrong Come on Let’s go inside.”
Heply took her hand and led her into the villa.
Once inside, Zayn odced the pink box still clutched in Megan’s hands
“What’s this?” he asked, pointing to it
Megan seemed to remember and hurriedly explained. “It’s dinner I made for you. It’s light, just the way you like it.”
She quickly set it down on the table and opened the box
Zayn stepped closer and heard the slight disappointment in her voice. “It’s cold now. I was trying to keep it warm in my arms. “When did you crime?

“1 made a mistake before, so I thought I’d come to apologize and surprise you à little.”
She flashed him a bright, innocent smile, and Zayn couldn’t help but soften. He reached out and tuffed her hair. “Sily girl, don’t do this again, I’d hate to see you hurt.” “but I want to cook for you, and want you to come home every day to the meals made.”
Zayn smiled gently. “You’re still in arhool. Your studies should come first.”
Megan’s eyes lit up with mischief, “So, does that mean lean come over on weekends?”
She passed as if a thought had just
to her. “You’ll be home on weekends, right? I’m worried come and you won’t be here.”
“register your fingerprint, so you can come whenever you want.”
As Zayn spoke, Megan stretched out her arms and hugged him tightly. She rubbed her cheek against his chest. “Thank you, Zay–Zay. I love you.
“You’re really silly,” he said, his tone full of affection.
Megan giggled and stood on tips to kiss his cheek. Her face flashed, and she whispered, “So, Zay–Zay, can I stay over tonight?”

The next day, hulle assgned Zayn must have gone to the office, so she took a cab to his villa while keeping an eye on the tee. As she opened the door and was about to remove her shoes, she motionda pot pink snow boots by the entrance.
