Chapter 94
A smug look spread across Henderson’s face. He was certain that Kyle was trying to impress him by drugging Justin and the others, thinking that Kyle definitely wanted to work under him. After all, if he had wanted to, Kyle could have easily beaten justin and the others to a pulp
Yet, unbeknownst to Henderson, Kyle actually didn’t want to waste his time on these insignificant people. He thought that they weren’t even worth getting his hands dirty over
Henderson had plenty of enemies, and he had longed to eliminate a few of them. Yet, his lack of strength had prevented him from confronting them. It would be ideal for him to have someone under his command who could administer drugs without getting detected.
Henderson could barely contain his excitement to meet Kyle. He slightly waved his hand and said, “Alright, let’s go get some gas masks. I’d like to see how he’d try his tricks on is then ”
Upon hearing Henderson’s instruction, Justin’s eyes widened in excitement. “Oh, yeah! Why didn’t I think of that? you’re a genius, Mr. Khan! If we have the gas masks, we have nothing to worry about. I’ll go getthem right now!TM
He then patted the chauffeur on the shoulder, exclaiming, “Alright, get moving! Let’s go get sor
some gas masks! I can’t wait to see what other tricks he has up his sleevel-
They stopped somewhere, grabbed a few sets of gas masks, and headed straight to Kyle’s place. They brought along 20 people with them this time, each donning a gas mask. It looked as if they were about to raid a terrorist hideout.
If anyone didn’t know any better, they would have assumed that they were filming a movie.
Yet, at this very moment, Justin appeared utterly astonished. “It’s right over there, Mr. Khan. It seems like the door’s wide open, though, is it possible that he’s trying to lure us into his trap?”
Henderson shook his head slightly before pointing toward the door. Justin immediately grasped Henderson’s intention
Justin, though hesitant, followed Henderson’s instruction. He was equipped with a gas mask this time, so he felt assured that he wouldn’t fall victim to Kyle’s drug
After stepping inside, Justin immediately roared, “You’d better get your ass out here now, Kyle!”
Upon hearing Justin’s shout, Kyle washed his hands and calmly walked into the living room. Upon seeing the scene before him, Kyle almost burst out laughing. It was just too funny seeing everyone donning a gas mask.
He then took a seat on the couch, his expression dripping with contempt. “What’s with the get–up? You actually think those gas masks will stop me from getting to you, huh? How amusing.”
Although they felt deeply insulted, Justin and the others didn’t dare to do anything cash. They were worried about what Kyle had up his sleeve, after all.
Kyle waved his hand dismissively and said, “You mutts should keep quiet for now. And the real boss standing outside should come in! It doesn’t matter whether you’re near or far since I can still have my way with your ”
Although Kyle’s voice wasn’t raised, Henderson was still able to hear it from outside.
He accepted the gas mask handed over by one of his men, put it on, and led his men into Kyle’s place. He then surveyed his surroundings before narrowing his eyes and tuing his gaze on Kyle.
Kyle waved his hand dismissively, saying, “You don’t have to worry about hidden mechanisms of traps. If you’re scared of such things, why did you even bother coming all the way here?”
Henderson’s blood boiled at Kyle’s insults. Yet, he forced himself to remain calm, reminding himself that those with great abilities often had a bit of an attitude. He swallowed his anger, choosing to endure it for the sake of bringing Kyle to his side.
Henderson brushed aside the bodyguards protecting him from the front and took a seat right across from Kyle. “You’re the one chosen by that old geezer, huh? You do have somer dolls, but do you really think you can just take over the old grezer’s shares with just that? You’re getting too full of yourself.”
Kyde mischievously narrowed his gaze. “What’s that? I didn’t quite catch what you said.”
Upon hearing that, Henderson’sexpression shifted immediately. He did feel much sater wearing the gas mask, but it was making it difficult to have a proper
Kyle shook his head helplessly and said, “If I really wanted to take you out, neither a gas mask or a bulletproof vest would do you any good. If you don’t believe
Henderson remained unmoved, seemingly curious about what other tricks Kyle had up his sleeve.
Kyle inmediately caught unto Henderson’s intentions. He pointed at Justin and asked, “You’re the one who told me to get my ass out here, sight?”
Justin was poised to speak, but a sudden, excmciating pain shot through his stomach. It was far more intense than before–what had felt like a cutting sensation now felt like countless ants rawling under his skin, giuwding and bating at lits flesh.
Justin dropped to his knees, his lists pounding the floor as tears sticated down his face.
“You’re hitting my floor now, bub? It seems like you’re looking forward to apologizing to my floor later on
