“Let them suffer so much that they want to die. They dare treat me and my family like this, and he still thinks I’ll forgive him? What a joke,” Belle sneered, her voice dripping with venom.
Chloe nodded in agreement. “I just told Faith earlier that Kyle is a liar, but she hasn’t realized it yet. I even suggested she take the jewelry Kyle gave her to the Heavens‘ Jewels for an appraisal, but she didn’t dare do so.”
Belle let out cold laugh. “Looking at it now, our dear Faith is probably too heartbroken even to cry. Hahaha! As if something that belongs to me, Belle, is so easy to pickup Who does she think she is?–

Chice glanced at Belle, her tone cautious. “Belle, let’s head to the hospital first. Matt’s probably itching to retaliate, but now isn’t the time for reckless moves. The Rivas family might even step in to help Kyle. Your plan can’t afford to be jeopardized.”
Belle considered her words for a moment before nodding. “You’re right. Let’s go to the hospital,”
Meanwhile, Faith stood in front of Kyle, her head lowered, her fingers clutching the fabric of her dress as if it were the only thing grounding her. Her face was pale, her heartbreak evident.
“You’ve misunderstood,” Kyle said gently. “I’ve made things clear with Belle. She’s just being delusional.
“As for whatever Chloe told you, there’s no need to be afraid. She’s just Belle’s lackey now. Of course, she’ll say things to benefit Belle”
Seeing Faith so dejected, Kyle’s expression softened. Despite everything, he couldn’t help but try to comfort her.
After a brief silence, Faith let out a quiet sigh. “I understand. I don’t care what they say. I’m just… tired. I want to go home and rest.
Kyle nodded. “You’re not upset because you think Belle has a chance of getting back together with me, are you?”
Faith’s eyes instantly brimmed with tears, her emotions barely contained. “I always knew Belle would regret divorcing you eventually, but I didn’t think it would happen so soon. Don’t worry–whatever you decide, I’ll support you.”
Her voice wavered as she continued. “I know you haven’t completely forgotten Belle. I know you still love her. If you reconcile with her, I’ll give you my blessing nut please, take care of yourself. I’m scared she’ll hurt you again.”
Kyle looked at her, a wave of emotion washing over him. Even now, after everything, Faith’s only concem was his happiness.
He reached out, resting a gentle hand on her head. “Do you think I’m a fool? I once loved Belle, yes. But
it that love ended the day we got divorced.”
He let out a soft chuckle. “It might not be easy In
me to start over, but I’ll never make the same mistake again.”
“And why are you so convinced Belle actually wants to reconcile with me?”
Faith blinked inconfusion. “She sounded so sincere. She said those things… Was it just to stop you from hating her?”
Kyle shook his head, a bitter smile tugging at his lips. “To her, I’m nothing more than an ant. Whether I hate her or not is meaningless to her. She’s laying the groundwork for something bigger. Belle will never truly come back. The woman I once loved is gone.
But it doesn’t matter what tricks she has up her sleeve. If she wants to play, then let’s play
Hearing Kyle’s confidence, Faith felt her anxiety slowly ease.
A faint smile appeared on her lips, though it was tinged with worry. “Belle is determined to deal with you now. You might be in danger. I know you have connections with the Rivas family, but Belle isn’t simple. Who knows how many people have helped her over the years…”
