Kyle looked at Anthony, who was stammering and unsure of what to say. Kyle was direct in his words. “I will handle whatever trouble the Curtis family runs into but you’d better take care of yourselves.”
Anthony’s eyes lit up at Kyle’s words, and his eyes were brimming with tears when he exchanged a look with Maria.
“We’re finally
saved!” Maria held her hand to her mouth as she choked back sobs, tears streaming down her face.
Anthony’s expression was full of gratitude. “Mr. Archer, thank you so much. You’re my family’s savior.” Kyle felt nothing at Anthony’s thanks. He merely smiled lightly, nodded, and then ignored them.

Elliot’s recovery was a momentous occasion that no one dared to take it lightly. Although many people didn’t care much for Elliot’s health, they knew they still needed to watch out for his mood and attitude.

Elisa nodded gently, then turned to Mike “Mike, I will need to host the banquet, so I plan to have Enzo pickup Mr. Archer. They are about the same age, and it Enzo can build a friendship with Mr. Archer, it would be a great benefit to Enzo and our family,”
Mike thought for a moment and then nodded. “Enzo is your most beloved brother and also the person Mr. Rivas Senior painstakingly nurtured in the past. Plus, he approaches matters with steadiness and is reliable. It should be no issue having him pick up Mr. Archer.
“Sure, it could be a good thing to have Enzo pick up Mr. Archer.”
Elisa nodded at Mike’s approval and looked toward the crowd. She waved at a young man around the age of thirty and called out, “Enzo, come here.”
Enzo Rivas was a suit and leather shoes. He was handsome with delicate, well–defined features and looked every bit like a privileged young man. He wore a respectful expression and gave a polite nod when he approached Elisa. “Sis, Mike. Is there anything you need?
Elisa smiled gently at Enzo. “Later, you’ll pick up an important guest. He is our father’s savior, so you must treat him with the utmost care and not upset him in any way. Do you understand?”
Enzo nodded firmly and said, “I understand. Anyone who saved Father’s life is a benefactor to the Rivas family. I know what to do. I won’t let him have any reason to be unhappy ”
“Okay, do your best.” Elisa nodded with satisfaction. “If you do well this time, I will reward you handsomely.”
Enzo lowered his head, and there was a twinkle in his eye. He replied humbly, “Sis, I’m still young, and I haven’t done enough. I’ll work harder in the future.” “You’re capable enough, and it’s time for you to take over some responsibilities. Father’s health is better, but he doesn’t have much time left.
