Melody stared
Those hands used to hold het, kiss het, wipe her tears away, and even thread a ring onto her ring finger
But now, those hands were gently caressing Angel’s tumuny as its owner said, “Even if you don’t want to rest, I’m sure that the baby needs plenty of rest. Come on It’s time to go to bed. ”
The online commenters immediately went berserk when they heard the deep, magnetic voice suddenly appearing out of nowhere. They begged Angel’s partner to
Suddenly, a single live comment appeared 11 read, “Antheating things, or does the guy sound like Mr. Joshua Gretchen?”
However, that comment was very quickly buried under the other incoming comments.
Angel grinned shyly and let joshua hold her hand..
“He can’t show his face because he’s a public figure. Please be a little more considerate of him, alright?”
Luckily, none of the live commenters seemed to continue demanding that he show his face, so that was that. Instead, the audience started asking Angel how she managed to get together with him.
After seeing multiple live comments asking her the same question, Angel glanced at Joshua briefly before grinning and answering, “Oh, he’s been in love with me for the longest time.
“He confessed his feelings to me in a love letter when we were still in high school. He’d been so worried I’d reject him that he spent the whole day rehearsing before stammering and stuttering before me.
“It wasn’t until I took the letter from him and told him I felt the same about him that we finally got together.”
As soon as Angel’s words were out, everyone started leaving envious live comments at the bottom of the screen.
Melody gripped her phone a little harder. She felt a surge of indescribable pain in her heart. How much did Joshua have to have loved Angel that h he’d even tell her all about their past?
Melody’s tears fell onto her phone screen. Suddenly, Angel said she was going to turn off her live stream.
Her fans had just started to warm up to her love story and refused to let her end the stream. Angel just cast another awkward glance off–camera and gestured helplessly, saying, “It’s not that I want to leave, but my partner wants me to himself now. He’s saying it’s our private lovey–dovey time now.”
Hearing this, the audience flew into another frenzy, saying that they wanted to witness it too.
Angel chuckled and covered her mouth, refusing them. “No way! I’m not going to teach you all the naughty things if I could help it!”
Someone then commented that she could just turn off the camera and let them listen in on their lovemaking session.
Angel was just about to answer when Joshua reached out and tur
“Hey, watch the baby!”
I turned off the camera. Then, a surprised gasp was heard.
The live comments blew up for the third time that day. The phone in Melody’s grip began to shake as tears blurred her vision.
However, Joshua’s and Angel’s moans and gasps could still be heard. They floated from her phone speakers into her ears, where they turned into razor–sharp blades that pierced straight into her heart.
Their moans and gasps kept getting louder and louder.
“I–I can’t. It’s too much.”
“Just a little bit more. Don’t cry Look, it’s all in now.
Melody couldn’t stand it anymore. She turned her phone off at once.
Then, she looked up at the pitch–dark ceiling above her. A long while later, she finally moved her fingers, which had long turned numb from her grip.

She would be leaving him very soon.

Joshua never returned home for the next few days. Angel’s messages provided Melody with a clear picture of where he went
Joshua looked like a very proud first–time father as he kneeled down next to Angel, his ear pressing gently against her baby bump. He was listening very camestly for the baby’s movements.
Melody closed her eyes. However, not a single tear escaped her eye this time.
