Jasmine notices Spencer being so silent and sitting at the kitchen counter. His eyes are lost in his palm with a deep frown between his thick eyebrows.
She can care less about his thoughts. What she wants is to bring him at candlelight dinner that she asked the assistant to arrange who will work for them until the end of the party.
Placing the phone on the table, she hugs him from behind, and places a kiss on his check.
However, her eyes widen in shock when he just pushes her off his shoulder and gives a death glare instantly.
“S-Spencer?” She stammers.
A death glare from a Dominating Alpha is same as standing before a hungry Lion what is ready to tear its prey apart.
“I was just thinking about having dinner with you. But -?”

“Sit down, Jasmine!”
She flinches but obediently sits next to him. Spencer is treating her better than before. But this is not enough for her. Having a kid with him will be her victory. She must have to have two kids at least to make sure Benedetta never wins the game of Marriage life.
– There is a problem that has been bothering us, our Pack.”
As he starts, Jasmine’s eyes spark with excitement and disbelief. Spencer is talking about the pack that he loves more than anything with her. Ever since she became the Luna, he already kept her away from official matters. Even sometimes she heard some of official attendants comparing her with Benedetta who was perfect example of a Luna.
* How can I help you?” She sounds excited.
* The problem is related to your father. He has been blocking our three ships with imported products for our packs. And he · is reluctant to let go of this. So at this point, it’s you who is capable of doing it!”
Jasmine’s eyebrows raise with surprise. Spencer’s voice is as calm as he used to talk with her. Neither too cold nor soft. Just usual indifference. This is a huge solution. But the corner of her lips arises with happiness and a wicked smile.
“I will help!” She smiles innocently.
Spencer looks at her.
But you know nothing comes as free.”
He exhales sharply. What kind of person she is. He knows her very well. Like fifteen years ago, when he asked her for a favor. She needs something in return.
– What do you want?” He asks coldly.
Jasmine grips the shirt skirt she is wearing. An attempt to seduce her Alpha when they are alone.
She stands up and slowly grabs his hand.
Before Spencer could pull his hand away from her, her grip around his wrist tightened.
“What are you doing? Let go” He asked, almost in commanding voice.
But Jasmine smirks in return and places his hand on her left breast, leaving him speechless and shun.

Spencer’s cold eyes remain fixated on her. His unreadable expression and cold eyes make Jasmine puzzle. Soon, however, Jasmine notices that his face turns blue from pale.
The moment she gets closer to him, her scent obviously releases her scent that terrifies him.
She has no idea what is happening.
So she frowns,
“I won’t make a deal if you don’t agree with me. As I told you I am very serious about us. I want us to move forward. I want us to get married. Last five years, there were nothing but neglect from your part. I want you-!” The distance between them slowly gets closer. The lips are inches away.

The sound of doorbell makes them startle. Spencer just pushes her away from him and rushes to bathroom.
“Who the hell dared to ruin such a perfect moment?” She growls clenching her fist.
Furiously, she walks towards the door and opens it. The assigned servant has the room key.
So it’s not her servant for sure.
Grunting she just opens the door, and looks at the person who is standing before them with a bright smile.
Hi!” She grins as she waves her hand.
* Ms. Oli-Olivia?” Her eyes flashed open, like she just woke up from a dream and the dream became reality in front of her.
* Oh my! Do you know me? That’s such an honor!” Olivia blushes immediately. “I hope it’s not a rude behavior that I knocked on the door of Alpha from SpringVille Wolf Pack’s room?”
Jasmine bites her bottom lip and shakes her head constantly like a little girl finally meeting their crush and unable to speak.
Oh!” Olivia looks behind when two people also pull her sleeves. “Let me introduce my niece and nephew!”
Jasmine’s expression, that smile and spark in her eyes immediately disappear when Olivia lifta two of them together.
Say Hello to Luna Jasmine, My Babies!” She kisses both of their cheeks and smiles.
The fingers form a fist, the moment Jasmine looks at those kids. There is no way anyone in right mind can ignore their very obvious face. The shadow of Benedetta is following their smile, their eyes, the way they act cute.
Each moment of their teenage lives when Benedetta tried every way to get Spencer’s attention, as if they returned
Why? She screams inside. Benedetta was there with Spencer more than she was with him. Yet, she couldn’t get but obviously she took the main thing away from him. Now she is sending her kids to corrupt him once again.

She flinches when Spencer walks towards them. The way he calls Olivia, she couldn’t help but look surprised.

Spencer doesn’t let anyone call him David except for his mother. How did she call him name? Even Benedetta wasn’t allowed to call him that name.

“Honestly I didn’t know that you would join the party. When did you come back?” Spencer asks while pouring a glass of wine for Olivia and looks at kids what to drink.
“Orange Juice.” Bryan raises his hand.
“Whatever is available!” Scarlet replies calmly, opening her small book.
Spencer nods. His lips wear a smile.
Jasmine remains silent, sitting on the couch. She was happy to see the famous fashion designer in front of her door but she had no idea that her own husband was more close to her than his wife.
So, when did you return?” He asks once again, holding the glass of wine before her.
Three days ago. I had a meeting with my friend. So I returned!
“Friend?” He asked, while his eyes are on the kids.
* Benedetta. You might know her. She was my childhood bestie! We met after ten years, five years ago. She ran away from home because of her family. So I couldn’t get a hold on our relationship.”
“Benedetta?” Spencer whispers, clenching his fist.
Jasmine stands up abruptly, realizing that even when she thought she could make Olivia her friend right now, it becomes meaningless. Benedetta won once again.
“Where are you going?” Spencer asks coldly.
“In my room!” She said leaving them immediately.
* Is she the star? That you followed forever?” Sipping the wine, Olivia asks.
Spencer flinches but remains silent. He just chugs down his wine and gives his attention on the kids who are already stealing glances at him from now and then.
“Or you let go?” Olivia looks at him with seriousness.
– She was never been mine from the beginning. Caging her, torturing her was all I could do!” He said standing up and walking towards the kids.
