Halfway through the drive, Benjamin’s phone rang-
“May I answer the call, Mr. Huntington? It’s my wife,” said Benjamin.
“Of course. Just pull over somewhere,” said William.

Benjamin looked worried because he guessed that something must have happened at home. He pulled over and quickly answered the call.
It turned out that his daughter was complaining of a stomach ache, so his wife had taken her to the hospital
The doctors said that it was appendicitis and his daughter needed surgery. His wife was afraid because she was alone.
“Go to the hospital. We’ll take a taxi home,” said William.

The old woman had difficulty sitting down because of her basket, so William helped her shrug it off.
The old woman sat down and put the basket in front of her. Eloise glanced at it and saw vegetables inside.
“I grew them myself. I wanted to sell them at the market, but they wouldn’t let me in. I could only sell outside, but I only sold very little,” said the old woman with a sigh.

The old woman got displeased at his comment and repeated that the vegetables were homegrown. She said that she never used any pesticides and that there was no reason for her to lie at her age

Eloise spotted William’s cheeky smile and knew that he was just teasing the old woman
“Don’t be angry. He’s just joking,” said Eloise hastily.
The old woman glanced at William and asked Eloise, “Is he your boyfriend?”

“Take it from me. You can’t just judge someone by his looks when you’re looking for a partner. He may look like a prince, but you never know what ba intentions he has,” said the old woman.

William snorted and said, “I’ll buy all of your vegetables.”
The old lady had wanted to roast him more, but she immediately changed her tone.
“Really? I knew you were as nice as you look. I’ll give you a discount!” she said.
“It’s fine. I only eat pricey food,” said William.
The old woman was dazed for a moment and turned to Eloise..
