“What’s going on with the property deed?” Eloise Immediately asked William.
“You sure it?” William shot back

“I’m asking, why is my name on the property deed? When did this house get transferred to my name?”
“The day you agreed to many me, 1 had Benjamin start preparing the contract to transfer this residence to your name. Remember that time when you got drunk and had Benjamin pick you up? He gave you the prepared property transfercontract to sign, but you were probably out of it.”
She started recalling, vaguely remembering Benjamin handing her a stack of papers and asking her to sign at a designated spot. Did she sign a property transfer Contract?
