Soon after that, Zoey asked her to go upstairs.
She was worried about leaving Quinn alone, but Quinn was feeling very comfortable
Quinn was not uneasy at all just because it was her first the there. “You may leave if you have something to do, I’ll just wait here for Brian. Go on. I’m an adult”
Quinn’s phone rang She waved her phone at Cynthia and smiled. “Brian is here.”

Zoer looked anxious as she stood in the hallory, Cynthia was afraid there was some special situation, so she went up to Zoey.

After she listened to the person on the other end of the call make a long speech, she said calmly, “No need to come over. I’ll do as I see fit. Everything is still calm for now. I’m new here. Even if they were to start a fight, I wouldn’t get dragged into it.”
Quinn grabbed a glass of champagne from the server who just walked past. She smelled the champagne and said, “Of course, I want to be the daughter–in–law of the Jenkins family. But I can’t ever forget about picking a better one. There are no rules that say that I can only consider one person anyway.”

Quinn could not tell what both of them were talking about, but Brian’s gaze would not lie. Ever since she first met Cynthia, her gut told her that Cynthia’s feelings were not pure. It was the same for Brien as well
The person on the other end of the call did not get a response from Quinn, so the person said they would be hanging up.
Quinn’s line of sight was still on Brian’s face Finally, he looked up, and their eyes met

Zoey’s eyes were still closed, and she was still unconscious.

Colin was leaning against the bar, having a drink leisurely.
