Benson froze, his brows furrowing together as he looked up, only to see Eric striding into the room. Like a turtle withdrawing into its shell, his expression instantly changed. “Mr. Flint, why are you here?”
Eric said nothing. His gaze fell on Benson’s grip on my hand, and his expression instantly turned gloomy. Before Benson could react, he grabbed his arm and twisted it forcefully.
Benson’s scream echoed in the room as he clutched his dislocated arm. He collapsed to the floor and stared at us with a pale face.
After all, Eric had a high status and commanded a vast influence.
