Zoe and Daphne shared a fiery temperament. With Daphine always backing her up in her career, Zoey had never been intimidated by anyone in the entertainment industry though her sling stalo wasn’t a top–tier one
“Ms. Smith, do you have the habit of stealing from others? First, it’s other people’s husbands; now, it’s their stylists. Unfortunately, I have a strong sense of morality, and betrayal in tiny side. You’d better find someone else!”
Zoey yanked the door open, clearly signaling that Yvonne should leave
Yvonne’s expression turned sour as she struggled to maintain her composure. “Zory, do you really think being Daphne’s sister means I can’t touch you? Don’t forget that you signed a contract with my company! I came here in person to give you some respect, so how dare you act like you’re a big deal now? You’d have to show up and obediently style me even if it was my manager calling you to do!”
Yvonne shed her usual pretense of sweetness and gentleness with Wilson absent,
Zoey’s heart sank as she suddenly remembered the contract
Before Yvonne joined Stellar Entertainment, Zoey had signed a three–year, full–service styling agreement with the company, which included providing styling services for all their artists. Back then, it was a lucrative deal. However, it had become a hot potato now.
One of Yvonne’s lackeys smugly reminded, “The contract clearly states that your studio must provide styling services for all of Stellar Entertainment’s artists. Ms. Smith is our most popular artist. Are you planning to breach the contract?”
Zoey, who had been consumed by anger, now found herself caught in a bind. She didn’t want to style Yvonne, but her entire studio depended on her. Hence, she couldn’t afford to be reckless.
Forcing herself to calm down, Zoey reluctantly relented. “Fine, I’ll follow the contract. It’s just styling anyway!
Satisfied, Wonne crossed her legs smugly. “You wouldn’t want to experience those 13 slaps apain, would you?”
Instantly, Zoey’s suppressed temper flared up. It was good enough that Zoey didn’t get back at her. How dare this shameless woman provoke her after what she had done?
Zoey showed Yvonne hard. “Thanks for the reminder. I haven’t forgotten it. Bellove me, I’ll make you pay for it someday.”
Yvonne disdainfully brushed off the spot where Zoey had pushed her. “I’d advise you to watch that temper. With Wilson backing me, I dare you to try!”
When Wonne first approached her, Zoey had wondered if she was setting a trap to target Daphne. However, on second thought, no one in their right mind would jeopardize their cater by using a high–profile public event to scheme against someone else
With that in mind, Zoeyresolved to approach Yvonne’s styling professionally and carefully.

Then, a wicked idea sparked in her mind. “Why don’t we test your makeup now since there’s still time and you’re already here?”
