Chapter 13
Just as Daphne was feeling distressed, she heard the system’s voice.
“Congratulations on successfully laying two snake eggs, host. Based on system regulations, you get 100 points for each offspring, which can be combined with the offspring’s psionic strength
“However, your offspring have yet to hatch, and their psionic strength is unable to be determined for the time being. Therefore, you will be credited 200 points for now. You may verify this in the system space.”
No matter how sad she was, life had to go on Daphne entered the system space and saw that she had a balance of 200 points.
The system added, “You may enter the system marketplace by following the prompt.”
Daphne then saw a huge arrow guiding her. The process wasn’t complicated, and It only took two steps. The system marketplace was divided into a medicine zone, a tool zone, and a snack zone.
Medicine was a must–have, so Daphne exchanged her points for a hex of antipyretics, anti–inflammatory drugs, cold medicine, ledine, and band–aids. She briefly glanced at the other zones to make sure she remembered what they offered, just in case she had to exchange her points for them in an emergency,
Host, since this is your first time giving birth, the system will provide you with a free postpartum body repair service. If you require this service again in the future, you will have to redeem it with points,” the system stated.
The system had been shielding her from the pain, but she could still feel some discomfort from giving birth. On top of that, the felt physically and mentally exhausted.
In inere moments, however, her body relaxed, and she felt refreshed. It sure was nice having cheats.
Instead of returning to the United Federation immediately, Lester went to the hospital first. There were two silver–white snake eggs in the incubator that were completely still. All he could sense was a faint life force
Bryan was standing to the side as he respectfully stated, “We were unable to detect the psionic strength of these two eggs using the hospital’s equipment, Colonel Lester, I’m afraid… we shouldn’t underestimate the psionic strength of the egZA”
There had never been a single offspring in the whole of Hildi, or even the whole galaxy, that was born with immense psionic strength. Were the ects about to break that rule?
Bryan’s expression was filled with anticipation If the two offspring showed powerful psionic strength after hatching, it would become a source of publicity for the hospital. They could surpass Royal Hospital and become the best hospital in Hildi.
“Send the eggs back to my mane after five days,” Lester ordered.
“What?” Bryan was shocked and condused to hear that. “Hildi Brastlin Hospital is the property of the Waltzan family. If the two eggs are found to have powerful prionic strength after hatching, more noble females will choose to give birth here in the future, and we can get more officials on our side, too—
”
“Enough. Don’t say things like that to me ever again. If the family disapproves of my current position, they can nurture another descendant,” Lester snapped.
“Understood.” Bryan didn’t look too happy.
Quce Lester was gone, Bayan made a call to the family without Lester lowing
Herben’s men had successfully delivered the message to the Renegade Coalition headquarters under his orders. When the leader of the coalition, Richard Wenley, found out that his son had offspring, he dropped into his chair out of excitement.
“My my son has descendants! Finally!” he exclaimed.
Η
“Congratulations, Chief Wenley. There are finally successors to the family and coalition. ” A group of officials congratulated him.
Richard stood up and let out a hearty chuckle. “Hahahal There are two offspring! My son is truly amazing.
Upon hearing that there were two offspring, the officials exchanged glances. “It’s just that it’s difficult for Mr. Herkoen to have children, given his immense psionic strength, Chief Wenley. It’s already shocking enough that he had one child, but the fact that there are two of them……
“Should we get someupe to confirm if Mr. Herkorn has been deceived?”
Richard seemed fully confident as he replied, “No need. Herken confirmed it with me himself. There’s no doubt about it.”
“That’s amazing, then! There’s new hope for the coalition! Just say the word, Chief Wenley, and we’ll get people to take Mr. Herkoen and his children back,” the
officials said
“Hm.” Richard frowned. “My grandchildren are currently in the hands of a colonel in Hildi. I wonder if any brave souls are grandchildren.back?

A strong bear Beastlinstood up and stated, “Me. I’m willing to do it, Chief Wenley”
“Me Loo, Clef Wenley.”
Then, an alligator Beastlin, a wolf Beastlin, and others got up and expressed their willingness to head to Hildi. The way they saw it, the Wenley family had always been in charge of the Renegade Coalition, and they placed immense faith in the family.
Bringing a member of the family back would be a high honor, and it would benefit their own families, too.
“Which colonel is it, though?” someone asked.
They figured colonel was no big deal it came to it, they would just kill him when they ran into him. There was one exception, though–Colonel Lester
Everyone knew of his legacy in battle. Lester rarely spoke and was as cold as an iceberg. On the battlefield, he only fought the strong, and he did so as quickly as possible. Many of the generals in the coalition had died at his hand, either from his sword or a burst of psionic strength
demon from the depths of bell. It was rotten luck to non into him, and anyone who did could get started on their will on the spot.

Upon seeing their cowardly belundine, Richard started getting wonted. It was their fault for not having any Rank 555+ members.
Even though his son, Herkorn, was the strongest in the coalition, his psionic strength was only at Rank 555. If not for the fact that Herkoen was on Hildi’s wanted list and couldn’t be killed without reason.

“Is there not a single person in the entire coalition who’s willing to go head–to–head with a foreign colonel? If anyoor else finds out about this, we’ll become a LaughingstockTM Richard’s face flushed red from anger. “You all had better come up with a solution by today, or nobody is leaving”
Then, he sat firmly in his chair. Nobody dared to leave without his permission..
A long time passed, and Richard’s expression kept growing darker. Suddenly, a wolf Beastkin official stood up. “Chief Wenley, when we were visiting another galaxy some time ago, we encountered a wolf cub covered in blood on the side of the road. Since he was the same species as us, we took him back to treat him.
“However, as he grew up, be liecame increasingly aggressive and tierer. He wouldn’t listen to anyone’s orders, except for the one person be respected.” Richard was quite interested in the story and asked, “oh so who was it that the wolf cub respected?
He figured the person the wall cub resperred was probably Richard himself. After all, he was the leader of the Renegade Coalition. Who didn’t respect him?
Just as lie was ready to be praised, be heard an unexpected name.
“It’s Mr. Herkorn. He’s quite a capable man, and since le respects Mr. Herken, why don’t we get him to save Mr. Herkomen’s children? I’m sure he’ll obey.”
