Nina got into such a serious car accident. Ever since the reality show ended, Cynthia hadn’t really seen Nina again.

Claude said, “This time, it really has nothing to do with your sister, but it is a bit related to you and Ms. Sexton.”

Jonathan felt a warmth in his heart. He took Cynthia’s hand and after a moment of silence said, “I’ll be back as soon as I can to go with you to Naomi’s birthday party.” Jonathan had already promised to go with her to Naomi’s birthday celebration.
Cynthia smiled gently, “No need to rush. Take care of everything first, then come back. As for Naomi, we can always find another time to meet up later.

Three hours later, Jonathan arrived at the largest private hospital in Betrico, Contech Hospital.
Claude followed him inside, saying, “Nina just had her amputation surgery and has only been awake for less than two hours. She’s still struggling emotionally, mainly because she can’t accept the loss of her left leg.
“You need to prepare yourself mentally.”
Jonathan’s expression was serious, “I understand.”
Jonathan didn’t immediately go to see Nina. Instead, he consulted Nina’s attending doctor, Michael Thompson, to find out all about her condition.
Nina had a crushed leg with severe bleeding and nerve damage, resulting in the need for an amputation.
This decision was made while Nina was not conscious. The consent form for the surgery was signed by her mother, Yuliana

The following hour was pure chaos. Nina got a sedative and soon fell asleep. Dr. Thompson restitched her wound. Yuliana and Aaron were also by the bedside.
Yuliana couldn’t stop crying. Aaron paced back and forth, sighing constantly. Once everything calmed down, they finally saw Jonathan standing at the door. Aaron walked over briskly.
Without any hesitation, he punched Jonathan in the face. Jonathan didn’t dodge. He stepped back, a trickle of blood at the corner of his mouth.
Claude stepped forward immediately, sternly saying, “Mr. Sullivan, get a hold of yourself. Nina’s accident had nothing to do with our sir.”
Aaron, filled with anger, shouted, “How can you say it’s not related? If it wasn’t for those pictures of him with that woman upsetting Nina, would she have ended up like this? So young, and she had to have an amputation and become disabled?”
Aaron’s eyes were red with tears. “My Nina has been learning ballet since elementary school and has won so many awards. Her legs were her pride and joy.
“Now that she’s lost one, how do you expect her to accept that and go on with her life?”
Claude continued, “We’re all devastated over Nina losing a leg, but it’s not our sir who leaked those photos. We can’t put the blame on him.”
Aaron was both heartbroken and furious. “I know it was Celine. Do you think I’ll let her off? My daughter lost a leg, and the Sexton family can’t protect her forever.
“Even if I have to find some underworld contacts, I’m going to make sure she loses a leg too.”
