After the incident with Arma was resolved at Betrico University, Cherise distributed 24–incs tall acupuncture modelk to each student in the Traditional Medicine Department.
Right then, the classroom was lilled with 30 students practicing sic acupuncture points with silver needles on the models.
Calvin Walace turned to Zander and said, “Zander, you know, M Leach is truly amazing. I think we’re so lucky to have her.
I cried for days when I got auto–assigned to the Traditional Medicine Department, but now I feel incredibly fortunate.

Calvin followed Zander’s gaze and saw he was smiling as he stared at Cherise on the podium.
Calvin waved his hand in front of Zander’s face a few tintes, only for Zander to bat it away.
“Zander, don’t tell me you have a crush on Ms. Leach? Calvin asked, noticing Zander’s expression, and couldn’t help but swallow his surprise.

Calvin’s eyes widened as he covered his mouth with his hand, pointing at Zander with the other, and exclaimed, “Are you serious! She’s a professor!”

With that. Zander stopped talking to Calvin and focused on practicing with the model.
Calvin was sitting on the stool and looking totally lost.
As soon as the bell rang, everyone except Zander dashed to the cafeteria to get in line for lunch.
As Cherise was about to leave the classroom, she noticed Zander and paused, asking. ‘Aren’t you going to have lunch?
Zander shook his head and walked up to Cherise. Looking at her seriously, he said, “Ms. Leach, I want to study traditional medicine with you”
“Oh? Aren’t you already studying with me?” Cherise asked, intrigued.
Tm not talking about the regular pace. I want to learn faster, Zander said seriously, thinking it would be great to catch up to Cherise’s level quickly.
Cherise chuckled, pointing to the nearby acupuncture model, and said, “If you can memorize all 720 acupoints on the human body, including their names and locations, within two days, I’ll show you a great way to learn.”
Zander immediately beamed with excitement, nodding eagerly in agreement. He said, “I can definitely do it. Thank you, Ms. Leach.
With that, Zander picked up the acupuncture model and walked out of the classroom.
Cherise watched him leave with a slight smile, thinking of Trend and murmuring to herself, “They are really similar.”

Actually, all 20 students in the Traditional Medicine Department were exceptional.
Thinking this, Cherise walked toward the parking lot
In Betrico, summer was already well underway, yet the heat remained unbearable.
Today, Cherise wore a strappy summer dress that looked fresh and breezy.
She had just arrived at the parking lot, under the blazing sun, when suddenly she heard someone calling out, “Cherise.”
Cherise looked in the direction of the voice. With a frown, she asked, “Why is it you? Does the Chambers family enjoy hiding in parking lots and sneaking around to find someone?”
The person was Jeffrey.
He got out of a Bentley and walked over to Cherise.
Looking at Cherise’s beautiful face, Jeffrey found it hard to unter the words he intended to scold her.
Finally, Jeffrey spoke in noticeably softer tone, “Cherise, I’m here to ask you for a favor.”
Cherise snorted and questioned, “How could the heir to the Chambers family require a favor from a simple country girl
“Cherise, please don’t be so harsh. I’m sincerely asking for your help. I didn’t know about your background before and might have come on too strong with my words. I apologize for that,” Jeffrey said, sounding genuine
Cherise shot him a glance and said. “Go ahead, what’s the matter? If you don’t hurry, I’m leaving
Jeffrey took a deep breath and stated. “It’s about my cousin, Anna. You know what happened online, right? Could you forgive her and let us handle it privately?”
Upon hearing this, Cherise smirked, “I’m no saint, so you’ve asked the wrong person.”
With that, she turned to leave.
Jeffrey, seeing how indifferent Cherise was and that she was about to leave, shouted, “Hey, Cherise! I know you’re still upset with me for choosing your sister Shirley over you, and you hold it against me.
“If you agree to let my cousin off, I can call off my engagement with Shirley and be with you instead!”
With her back to Jeffrey, Cherise stopped when she heard that, feeling displeased.
She turned around.
Jeffrey was somewhat pleased and said, “See, I knew you still liked me.”
Cherise stared directly at Jeffrey and said, “Stop talking shit!“
All of a sudden, something hit Jeffrey’s chin, making him unable to speak.
Cherise no longer looked at him and drove off right away.
Jeffrey was left alone. He stood there, repeatedly shouting, “Oh!”
After Cherise left, Hugh leisurely emerged from the bushes.
He glanced at Jeffrey, still shouting in the parking lot, and let out a sneer.
