Chapter 60 Do You Still See Me as Your Grandfather
Nathaniel Hart quickly found out about what happened with Sofia Schneider.
Kyler Johnston was holding a tablet, nervously watching Mr. Hart’s expression.
Nathaniel’s face didn’t show any particular emotion, but the aura he exuded made Kyler extremely tense.
“Mr. Hart, do you want me to handle it?” Kyler asked.
Nathaniel finally gave him a glance and smiled slightly, saying, “You’re too slow.”
In such a short time, the situation had already changed.
The voices attacking Sofia had disappeared, replaced by everyone turning their attention to Kassidy Schneider.
Kyler looked at Nathaniel in shock, thinking it was impossible.
He had come to inform Mr. Hart as soon as he discovered the issue, so how could he still be too slow?
He quickly opened the tablet and refreshed the page, and was completely dumbfounded.
They hadn’t even taken action yet, and it was already resolved?
Kyler didn’t dare to look at Nathaniel’s expression.
He swallowed hard and asked, “Mr. Hart, what should we do next?”
Given this development, there was nothing left for them to do.
Nathaniel was almost infuriated by his words.
He looked at Kyler speechlessly and said, “What do you think I can do?”
He had clearly instructed Kyler to keep a close eye on matters concerning Sofia, but it
turned out there was him to handle.

Nathaniel had never felt so powerless before.
He said, “Alright, go do your work. I’ll call you if something comes up.”
Kyler observed Nathaniel’s expression and, seeing that he wasn’t angry, finally left the
room.
However, the sense of defeat still made him feel very frustrated.
What kind of background does their Mrs. Hart have? If there wasn’t someone behind her, who would believe it?
At least, he definitely wouldn’t believe it.
This was also what Nathaniel was thinking.
Who exactly helped Sofia resolve this issue?
His face darkened, and he felt increasingly uneasy.
He felt like something that belonged to him had been taken away, and this feeling made him particularly uncomfortable.
Sofia had no idea that because Sylvia Grant handled things so quickly and accurately, it left Nathaniel feeling completely out of sorts.
They were just coming out of a barbecue restaurant when Sylvia Grant said, “I’ll give you a ride back.”
“Alright.” Sofia didn’t refuse.
The two got into Sylvia’s car, a particularly eye–catching pink sports car.
Sofia immediately recognized it as the latest model.
She felt a little helpless.
When would Sylvia stop buying new cars every time she saw one?
This woman had already built a special garage for her precious cars abroad, and now she wanted to build one in Campbell City as well.

Sofia asked, “How many cars have you bought this time?”
“Huh?” Sylvia was puzzled by Sofia’s sudden question.
After thinking for a moment, she said, “Not many, just the fourth one.”
Sofia felt even more helpless.
Sylvia now lived in a single–floor apartment.
Although she had bought several parking spaces when she purchased the apartment, at this rate, she would soon need to buy more.
Sofia said, “You should keep a lower profile.”
Sylvia quickly understood what Sofia meant.
She nodded and said, “Don’t worry, I know what I’m doing.”
Sofia didn’t say anything more.
Just then, her phone rang.
She took it out and saw it was Benson Schneider again.
Sofia’s brow furrowed slightly as she answered the call, “Grandpa.”
“Sofia! Are you rebelling? I told you to apologize to Kassidy on Instagram, why haven’t you done it yet? Do you even consider me your grandfather?” Benson scolded her harshly.
Sofia said, “Grandpa, I can’t register on Instagram.
Benson didn’t listen to her and continued to scold, “Let me tell you, Sofia, don’t think you’re so great just because you married into the Hart family. You’ll always be a member of the Schneider family until you die. Don’t even think about doing anything to harm the Schneider family.“‘
”
Sofia bit her lip and didn’t say anything, letting Benson rant until he hung up.
Sylvia didn’t need Sofia to put the call on speaker; she heard everything clearly.
Holding the steering wheel, she angrily said, “What’s wrong with that old man? Kassidy is

his granddaughter, and you’re not?”
“I’m really not,” Sofia said.
Sylvia was taken aback and then turned to Sofia in confusion, asking, “Wait, what do you mean by that? Are you really not a member of the Schneider family?”
“Maybe, it’s just a guess,” Sofia said.
Otherwise, she really couldn’t understand why, out of the four daughters of the Schneider family, she was treated this way.
Even if it was because she had been missing for a few years as a child and didn’t grow up with them, making their relationship distant.
But just because of that, treating her like this seemed too unreasonable.
Sofia said, “Why don’t you look into it for me?”
Sylvia changed her expression and said, “That’s just a matter of a word from you. But Sofia, if you really aren’t a member of the Schneider family, what do you plan to do?”
“I don’t know, but at the very least, I can’t let them be too comfortable,” Sofia said.
She didn’t care about any debt of gratitude for raising her.
If there wasn’t a special reason, Sofia didn’t believe Benson had any reason to raise her to this age.
She needed to get to the bottom of this.
Once she discovered any secrets behind it, she wouldn’t let anyone who hurt her off the hook.
Sylvia didn’t say anything more.
She knew very well that when it came to being ruthless, Sofia was the most ruthless of all.
Understanding this, Sylvia said, “No matter what, we’re here for you. Just go ahead and do what you want.”
“Okay,” Sofia responded, feeling quite touched,
