Chapter 168 This Is the Joy of Having a Wife
Nathaniel Hart was nearly doubled over with laughter at Older Mr. Hart’s words.
He really wanted to call his beloved older brother and let him hear how Grandpa was talking about him.
Curtis Hart was equally exasperated. How could their eldest brother live so freely while they were stuck with family responsibilities?
“Grandpa, they say the younger brother shouldn’t marry before the elder brother. I’m just trying not to block my brother’s path to marriage.”
Nathaniel and Sofia Schneider exchanged a glance, both finding Curtis’s excuse ridiculous.

Nathaniel said, “Curtis, if you can’t find anyone willing to marry you, let Grandpa ask his old friends if they have any suitable daughters for you. Otherwise, it seems like you’ll
never find a wife.”

Curtis straightened up and said, “Nathaniel, since you’re better now, it’s time to return to the company.”
Nathaniel immediately replied, “No can do. Sofia says I need to rest. I can’t work yet.”
Curtis’s face darkened further.
He couldn’t see any signs that Nathaniel still needed to rest.
Sofia chimed in, “That’s right. Mr. Hart’s is in a very sensitive state right now. He needs plenty of rest to fully recover.”
Nathaniel smirked at Curtis, his eyes seeming to say, “See? This is the joy of having a wife. Too bad you don’t get to experience it.”
Curtis swore to himself that once Nathaniel could no longer use his health as an excuse, he would definitely have a serious talk–or even a fight–with him. Nathaniel’s smugness was infuriating!
Their eldest brother was no help, living carefree overseas and unwilling to take on family responsibilities.
