Chapter 163 Calling Him an Idiot
Nathaniel Hart sat across from Older Mr. Hart, grinning smugly.
“Grandpa, this is just some fun between Sofia and me. You wouldn’t get it,” Nathaniel said.
Older Mr. Hart’s lips twitched at his words.
This rascal really had a way with words.
“Oh, you young folks really fun,” he replied sarcastically.
Nathaniel didn’t say more, just glanced towards the kitchen, then asked, “Grandpa, I’m planning to deal with the Schneider family. Don’t get too upset when it happens.
Older Mr. Hart chuckled, “Why would I get upset? I’m not close to them.”
“Not close? Then why did you pick S

“That’s a secret. Can’t just tell you that,” Older Mr. Hart said.
Sofia Schneider came over with tea, just in time to hear Nathaniel say, “Sofia, why did you bring Grandpa here to scold me? I might as well stay bedridden.”
Nathaniel’s tone was full of exaggerated grievance. He even pulled Sofia to sit beside him, holding her hand tightly, looking thoroughly wronged.
Sofia was stunned by this side of Nathaniel. She blinked at him for a long time, wondering if this was really the Nathaniel she knew.
Older Mr. Hart rolled his eyes dramatically at Nathaniel.
This rascal was painting him in such a bad light in front of his daughter–in–law.
Just as he was about to say something, Sofia said, “Mr. Hart, can you be normal?”
Nathaniel’s antics clearly didn’t sit well with her.
He sighed, realizing his attempt to play the victim had failed with Sofia’s steel heart.

Older Mr. Hart burst into laughter and gave Sofia a thumbs up, almost applauding her.
Nathaniel pinched the bridge of his nose, understanding now that his grandfather and wife had teamed up to enjoy teasing him.
Sofia ignored Nathaniel and poured tea for Older Mr. Hart, saying, “Grandpa, try this tea. It’s great for cooling down in this weather.”
Older Mr. Hart sipped the tea, savoring the unfamiliar but refreshing taste. Just as Sofia said, it cooled him down wonderfully.
Nathaniel reached out to pour himself a cup, but Sofia stopped him. “Mr. Hart, you can’t drink this tea.”
The tea had a cooling effect and contained calming herbs, not suitable for Nathaniel at the
moment.
Nathaniel pouted, “Sofia, that’s unfair!”
Especially since Older Mr. Hart was exaggerating his enjoyment of the tea, making Nathaniel more annoyed.
Sofia ignored his complaints, focusing on talking with Older Mr. Hart, who was all too pleased.
“Sofia, this tea is excellent! Make sure to pack some for me to take home,” he said.
Sofia nodded and remembered the conversation with Older Mr. Hart on the way back.
She finally looked at Nathaniel and asked, “Mr. Hart, would you like to move back to the old house with Grandpa?”
Nathaniel frowned and immediately asked, “What about you?”
“Of course, I’d go too,” Sofia said.
Her clear eyes made Nathaniel feel like she was silently calling him an idiot.
He glanced at Older Mr. Hart, seeing the hopeful look in his eyes, but Nathaniel’s mischievous side surfaced.
He smirked and said, “I don’t want to.”

With that, he saw the brief look of disappointment in Older Mr. Hart’s eyes.
The old man came to bully him on purpose. So, this was how it felt to be teased Sofia noticed Older Mr. Hart’s disappointment and wanted to say something, but she couldn’t make decisions for Nathaniel.
Older Mr. Hart quickly masked his disappointment and sipped his tea. “I know you want to enjoy your time with your wife. I’m not the kind of clingy old man who intrudes.”
Nathaniel agreed, “Grandpa, that’s a wonderful quality of yours.”
Older Mr. Hart snorted, then sternly said, “But remember, you can’t bully S
