Chapter 11
Alexander’s mind was in a complete mess.
He dated Sophia for over two years.
When she was preparing to continue her postgraduate studies this year, she would occasionally stay overnight in her off–campus. apartment because she studied too late.
But the two of them did not take the final step.
Actually, he had been dissatisfied because of this matter.
They had several silent fights mostly because of this reason
He still remembered the time when they argued the most fiercely.
Sophia cried inconsolably.
And he wouldn’t even coax her a single word.
My mind was filled with dissatisfaction and frustration.
Only now did Alexander realize it belatedly.
Sophia had no mother, and her father had already remarried and started a new family with children, completely ignoring her.
If he truly cared about her and loved her, he would have taken her uneasiness into consideration.
I promised her, gave her a status, and made her feel at ease.
Alexzander suddenly changed his mind.
How about tonight then? He proposed to her.
He thought to himself like this, and his originally pounding heart suddenly calmed down and settled,
It seemed as it deep inside, it had been waiting for the moment to make this decision.
Friends surrounded him and pushed him towards a huge pink cardboard box.
He reached out and untied the bow tied with a ribbon.
The lid of the cardboard box immediately opened, and colorful heart–shaped balloons floated out.
A girl wearing a pink top with a matching skirt
Jumping up in the floating balloons, I cheerfully shouted at him, “Alexander, surprise!”
The fragrant breeze blew, and a soft and graceful body leaped into his arms, wrapping around his neck tightly.
Then, the whole person hung on him.
Before Alexander could react, the girl planted a firm kiss on his face.
“Happy birthday, Alexzander!”
“Surprised or not, expected or unexpected?”
The girl looked up with her beautiful face, her eyes and face filled with joy as she gazed at him.
Alexander stood still
He just stared at the girl in his
In his arms.
He had a moment of confusion and bewilderment.
Chapter 11
When did Sant
Sophia become so proactive and enthusiastic?
When did Sophia’s face become so unfamiliar, so repulsive?
Exactly half a minute.
He gradually regained consciousness just now.
When the girl was about to tiptoe to kiss again, he suddenly raised his hand and forcefully pushed her away.
“Alexzander!”
The girl almost fell down and stomped her feet in frustration.
The dazzling light fell on her face
It fell on her ears.
Two diamonds sparkled with an incredibly dazzling light.
Alexander’s eyes stung in an instant.
He stepped forward and grabbed the girl’s arm, his handsome face even twisted with a hint of ferocity.
“Who allowed you to wear this earring! Who let you wear it!”
The girl turned pale with fright and said, “It was you who said this thing was bothering you and asked me to throw it away.
“But I thought it was very beautiful, so I couldn’t bear to throw it away…”
“Take it off!”
The girl stood there in a daze, not yet realizing what had happened.
Alexzander looked at her coldly, and the strength in his hands gradually increased: “Do you want to pick it yourself, or should I do it for you?”
The room was filled with a deathly silence, only broken by the gradually uncontrollable sobbing of the girl.
She shook her hand and took off the earring, dropping it on Alexzander.
While crying, she shouted at him, “Alexzander, I want to break up with you…”
“Break up?”
Alexzander tightly held onto the pair of earrings and smiled.
“Have I talked to you before?”
“Did I say that you were my girlfriend?”
The girl was stunned, and tears streamed down her face.
“But you dated me, took
k me home, and you also kissed and hugged me…”
“So what?”
Alexzander laughed eruelly, “I have kissed so many girls, are they all my girlfriends?”
“Alexander, you jerk…”
“You’re right, I was a jerk.”
”
“So, can you leave now?”
Blood slowly oozed out from Alexzander’s tightly clenched hand. Chapter 11
The earring pierced his palm, but he clenched it tightly and refused to let go.
It hurt, little by little, making him sober.
Sophia wouldn’t come to celebrate his birthday anymore.
And he, ridiculously, waited for her to come.
Waiting for her to bring a birthday surprise.
