Chapter 5
My footsteps paused for a moment but did not stop.
Alexzander, however, shouted again, “Sophia, I’m calling you, didn’t you hear?”
He pushed the girl in front of him and walked straight to me.
“What’s the matter?” I looked at him calmly.
“There was something.”

Alexzander’s girlfriend followed him closely, her eyes filled with hostility as she looked at me.
“Which bakery did you always buy cakes from before?”
Alexzander lazily wrapped his arms around his girlfriend and looked down at me from above.
“My girlfriend also liked eating cake, so I wanted to buy it for her.”

My gaze remained calm, “If she wants to eat, I can send her the tutorial.”
Alexzander frowned, “No need to bother, how about this, you help me make two.”

Alexzander looked at me with a half–smile and asked, “Are you jealous?”
I suddenly felt bored to death.
I didn’t want to argue or waste my breath on these boring matters.
“Think whatever you want.”
I walked past him and quickly entered the dormitory building.
As soon as I entered the dormitory, my roommate pulled me to the window.
Downstairs, Alexzander and his new girlfriend seemed to have had an argument.
After a while, he impatiently shook off the girl’s hand and drove away directly.
The girl stood downstairs and cried for a while, then left sullenly.
My roommate seemed a little unsatisfied and said, “Sophia, I feel like Alexzander still had feelings

for you.”
“Was he intentionally trying to provoke you like this, wanting you to be the first to back down?”
I chuckled and tapped my roommate’s forehead, saying, “Stop reading so many CEO novels, it’s damaging your brain, buddy.”
