In the southern part of Glovia, there was a fancy neighborhood packed with huge houses. When neighbors bumped into each other, they just smiled and kept on walking The adults, mingling in their business worlds, would occasionally get together for social events. And the younger ones had their own cliques, too.
It was at one of these get-togethers that Aron first met Evelyn, birthed from a coincidental joint birthday bash and business function at her place. Given that the Quinn residence was right next door to the Brin residence, they naturally made the guest list

Once parents got into the mood for chatting, they usually didn’t pay attention to the children. They always told them to stay wherever they wouldn’t be a bother. So, swept up in excitement, Evelyn eagerly dragged the “little tigers” off to play.

Evelyn eyed Aron, who’d grown up all calm and cool, trying to line him up with her childhood memories of the twins, Chatting with him felt super weird after so many years. She finally blurted out, “Wow, it’s been ages, huh? Took me a second to figure out it was you” Finding an old buddy from back in the day after moving so far from home made Evelyn think life hadn’t been too rough after all, even with a few bumpy spots.
Aron pulled back his hand with a friendly smile. “You know, it’s lieen like ten years. It’s cool you didn’t spot me right away So, what’s up with you being in Irinland, Evelyn?”
Evelyn stopped mid-bite, her fork in the air. She let out a little laugh before answering. “Tua thinking of making this my new home.
