I couldn’t help the tears that were coming to my eyes. No one had ever said that to me before. Not my ex–mate Froste. Not anyone in my former pack either. No one had ever said that to me before.]
“Thank you, Olavir.” I smiled, despite the tears falling down my cheeks.[]
“That’s enough tears for one day.” He smiled, wiping the tears off with his finger.[]
“Sorry.” I let out a watery laugh.]
Over the next few days, I continued to take the moon potion while I recuperated. Olavir spent most of his time with me, trying to cheer me up and make me happy. I really appreciated what he was doing for me. He was spending so much time just for me.
Something else was happening. Despite the smile I put on my face, I could feel something else happening to me. Something was happening to my body.
My body was slowly regaining its strength. It didn’t feel like the moon potion’s warmth that coursed through most of my body. This feeling was like a cool balm washing over every single part of my body.
It was like a werewolf’s ability to heal. This scared me. I’d never experienced anything close to self–healing before. Most
times, I’d need medicine before I could heal. This was something I’d never experienced before. I didn’t have a wolf, so how could this be possible?]
I kept this to myself though. There was no way I could tell anyone just yet. Not until I was sure at least.
Eventually, the doctor gave me a go ahead. I was fully recuperated. Blair had helped me with some fresh clothes. It was a big relief from the hospital gown that they’d made me wear.
“Make sure you take care of yourself and get enough rest.” The doctor explained.]
“I will. Thank you, doctor.” I said with a smile.]
With that, I began making my way out of the hospital. I couldn’t help but smile when I saw Olavir standing by the exit of the hospital.
“There she is.”
He put a hand over my shoulder and placed a small kiss on my head. It made my cheeks warm up.
“Galaxy pack?” He asked.]
I nodded my head. I still had somethings to do before I would turn away from that pack forever. We entered the helicopter and made our way to Galaxy pack. It didn’t take us long before we reached there.[]
All eyes were on me as I made my way into the pack but I ignored them. I had my brother by my side. Everything would be fine.

“The nerve of that girl.“]
“I can’t believe it.”
“I knew we shouldn’t have made her Luna.“]]
I stopped to watch Hedy talking to the older women of the pack. I didn’t need anyone to tell me what she’d been talking about.
She’d been badmouthing me to them, making me look like a terrible person. As soon as I entered, they all turned to look at me. Their faces were twisted in distaste and disgust but I ignored them. The person I wanted to deal with was Hedy.[]
“Aren’t you tired of going around spoiling my name?” I stopped in front of her.]
She glanced at them and motioned for them. They all glared at me before leaving the room. It was just us now. Well, with Olavir and Blair.]
“I could actually do this all day.” She shrugged, a wicked smirk on her lips.]
I looked at her body. She wasn’t even hurt at all. She’d been lying about everything this whole time. I felt anger boiling in my blood. This woman was nothing short of evil.]
“You lied to Froste all this time about being hurt when you weren’t. Why did you even do all this?” I yelled in anger.[]
“Yes, I’m not hurt. But let’s be honest. You’re a terrible match for my son and we all know it.”
“Oh really?” I laughed mirthlessly.[]
“Yes. I wanted Froste to dump you. He needs a good, noble girl. She loves Froste with all her heart. You’re nothing but an obstacle in the way. That’s why I set everything up. So he’d leave your miserable self for someone much better.“[]
My anger skyrocketed to the roof. “I can’t believe you’d do such a thing. You are a devil; you hear me? A fucking devil!“[]
Just then, Froste walked in. He saw the position we were in, and a look of anger immediately washed over his face
He walked up to me and grabbed my arm roughly. “How dare you come here and try to bully my mother? Why would you want to hurt her again?“]
