However, despite being unpleasant, Harriet didn’t dare to offend Darren since Harriet was far superior to him not only in terms of wealth but also social status. Darren came from an old noble family while he was a nouveau riche who was always looked down upon among the wealthy.

‘It’s over. The second and third rounds seem easy for Darren and me, but the first bonding quiz to test the connection and familiarity between Darren and me is a huge challenge. I certainly know Darren quite a lot but he knows me nothing. thought Natalie.
However, the rule was only couples who passed the first round could move on to the next, and to get the clue to the main task, the couples had to pass three rounds of test.

“What upsets you? You don’t look well, Darren asked, frowning lightly. For no reason, he didn’t want to see her unhappy
However, Natalie was not the type to give up easily.
‘Since we’re here, let’s at least give it a try! Natalie said to herself
She took a deep breath and said to Darren, Im going to give you a quick training course.”
“Train in what?” asked Darren confusedly.
Natalie stared at Darren and said, “Didn’t you hear the rules of the game? It’s going to test our connection and familiarity”
“So? Any problem?” Darren said in a rising tone.
Natalie let out a sigh and said firmly, “Anyway, you have to remember everything I say next.”
Before Darren refused, Natalie immediately added, “We both want to finish the task as soon as possible, right? Do you want to waste your time staying with me?”
Darren raised his eyebrows and made no response. Natalie took it as agreement and started, “My favorite fruit is cherries, Color Purple; Game Warcraft…”
While listening to Natalie listing each piece of personal information, Darren couldn’t help but think amusedly. Do you think I’m not familiar with you? Natalie, I know you, both inside and outside.”
Half an hour later, Natalie and Darren took the stage, along with four other couples.
After the host warmed up, he separated the men and women to sit at two long tables and then handed each person a tablet.
“Next, you’re required to ask the questions on the tablet to test your connection and familiarity with your partner. Please submit your answers within five minutes! Let’s begin!” declared the host.
Natalie stole a glance at Darren who was looking down at the tablet in his hands with a calm and confident smile.

Natalie retracted her thoughts and looked down at her tablet, her expression frozen.
‘Damn it! What kind of questions were these? None of the answers that I’ve prepared were in there!” cursed Natalie helplessly.
In shock, Natalie subconsciously turned her eyes to Darren, only to see that he was already answering.
‘You’re making a random guess, right?‘ thought Natalie.
The first question was about the date of their first meeting, which in Natalie’s opinion, only real couples can answer since for ordinary friends, it was a common day or even a bad day for some people.
Natalie had already prepared for the task failure. She quickly finished answering the questions and chose to submit.
Some of the questions were quite private, so they were not displayed to the public. It was the host who announced the final results.
“Amazing! Of the five couples in this group, four have passed the test!”

‘Did he answer all of the questions correctly? It’s impossible! How come?‘ thought Natalie, unbelieving.
“What are you staring at? Come on. The second round is starting! Don’t you want the reward?”
Darren’s sharp urge brought Natalie back to reality. She quickly climbed onto his back, wrapping her arms around his neck.
A faint smile touched Darren’s mouth.
The rule of the second–round game was all males had to be blindfolded with their partners on the back. Since they couldn’t see anything, they had to listen to the guidance of females to help their partner eat up the fruit tied on a red rope hung above them. Any couple who ate all the fruit up was the winner.
“Natalie, what are you thinking?” Darren suddenly whispered in Natalie’s ears while the staff were preparing the props,
Natalie shook her head and replied, “Nothing.”
In fact, she reviewed those five questions they answered just now and was doubting how Darren answered them all correctly. Darren said again, “Admit it. You still like me, right?”
Natalie looked up at Darren with an unbelieving look and replied, “What makes you think that? Did I make it clear last night?”
Darren showed a wry grin and said, “If you don’t have feelings about me, how can you answer the fourth question correctly? It’s been many years, and you still remember so clearly.”
