The notifications were not from the group chat. Someone was messaging her privately.

Oscar’s mouth twitched. He remembered the user ID 88 from the group chat, the one who had been the loudest about not coming and even encouraging others to stay away. Now he was already on his way. ‘What a cunning man!‘ he thought. 

However, it didn’t take long for him to realize that no one in this group was honest.

Meanwhile, they kept sending Natalie private messages.

Tony wailed behind him, “No, Mr. Luther!” 

Ignoring Tony’s pleas, Darren strode straight to Room 606 and pushed the door open. 

Inside, Oscar was talking to Natalie. Upon hearing the noise, he instinctively said, “That must be 88, right?” 

However, when he turned around and saw Darren standing there, he was shocked. “Mr. Luther? How… Why are you here? Aren’t you…” 

“I’m her partner. Is it strange for me to be here?” Darren shot a glare at Oscar. He thought, ‘Did I invest 300 million dollars for nothing? Now that he has the money, they are turning their backs on me and don’t even plan to include me in the show!” 

Oscar knew that he was a difficult person to deal with, so he apologized, “We just couldn’t find you.” 

“I was on something else.” Darren made up an excuse and glanced at Natalie. “Now I’m back. Why do both of you look like you were plotting behind my back?” 

The audience laughed and sent comments like “Lol, this guy’s intuition is sick!”
