Chapter 25 Forced Her to Drink
“Ms. Beaumont, are you okay?” Gareth hypocritically asked.
“I’m fine.” Audrey pulled her hand back.
Gareth said, “It’s not good for a girl to drink too much. How about I take you to the private room next door to rest?”
“Mr. Miller, I’m here today hoping that you can help with the Ains Group’s project in Alexandra.” Audrey knew that she couldn’t drink too much, so she had to deal with this task as soon as possible before she got drunk.
Otherwise, the project would probably not be successful, and she might have been molested.

Gareth was surprised. “The Ains Group’s project in Alexandra?”
Audrey nodded, looking at him with clear eyes. “Mr. Miller, as long as you agree, I can drink as many glasses as you want.”
Gareth adjusted his glasses meaningfully and smiled.
The Ains Group had an unshakable position in this country, and others had always been trying to curry favor with the Ains Group to cooperate with it. If it wanted the project in Alexandra, no one dared to snatch the project.

Theodore brought Audrey to this dinner, and Audrey asked Gareth to help the Ains Group. Gareth guessed that the person who deceived Audrey was Theodore.
He thought, “It seems that Theodore not only has no interest in Audrey but also hates her, so he fooled her and sent her to me. Then, I have to perform well for him.”
“It’s hard to help the Ains Group, Ms. Beaumont. After all, all parties are fighting for the project in Alexandra. It would be a bit unreasonable for me to help it openly.” Gareth immediately put aside his worries and considered with an embarrassed look. “However, I have some friendship with your father, and you are such a favorable girl. I can’t bear to refuse you.”
Audrey didn’t say anything. She held the edge of the table and waited for Gareth to finish his words.
“You know the rule for discussing business at dinner.” Gareth paused and ordered the waiter. Then, he continued, “As long as you drink this bottle of vodka, I will do you this favor, Ms. Beaumont.”

drunk after two small glasses. If she drank this bottle, she would either die or be hospitalized for gastric bleeding.
However, if she didn’t drink. ne Beaumont Group would go. bankrupt, and Caleb’s efforts over the past two years would all be in vain.
Audrey gritted her teeth and said, “Okay, please keep your promise.”
After saying this, she uncorked the cork, picked up the bottle, and started drinking. The light yellow liquor flowed down her neck.
Audrey held the bottle in one hand and the edge of the table with the other, drinking quickly.
The bottle smashed to the ground, and fragments flew everywhere.
Vodka was not like red wine. When Audrey just took a sip, she immediately felt the burning sensation of alcohol in her stomach.
Her beautiful eyes were bloodshot.
The bottle fell, and she slumped into the chair. Everything she saw was blurry.
Gareth came to his senses, smiled smugly, and clapped his hands. “You are really a good drinker.”

However, before his hands c touch her, Audrey grabbed his wrist and looked up at him. “. Miller, keep your promise.”
Gareth held Audrey’s soft hand. “Don’t worry. I will definitely do what I said. I’ll take you to the private room next door to
rest.”
After getting Gareth’s promise, Audrey finally felt relieved.
“I won’t bother you, Mr. Miller. I…” She forced herself to stand up, shook off Gareth’s hand, and staggered a few steps. “I can do it myself.”
After saying this, she hurried out of the private room.
Looking at Audrey’s staggering back, Theodore frowned.
Ava said gently, “Theodore, taste this. You haven’t eaten anything before drinking. Your stomach will be upset later.”
Theodore didn’t say anything but just shifted his gaze and ate the food Ava had just put on his plate.
Ava noticed that Theodore was absent–minded. She glanced at the door and saw that Audrey had disappeared.
Her eyes darkened, and she casually said, “Theodore, why don’t you go to look for Audrey? She seemed to have drunk a lot just now. Will anything happen to her?”

Hearing the answer she wanted, Ava smiled and picked up another piece of roasted ribs for him. “Theodore, when I got here just now, my father the car drove away. Can you drive me home?”
