Chapter 13 Divorce Agreement
Audrey had a relatively calm person lity and didn’t pay much attention to transfers within the d
institute. She only
focused on the architectural design that she loved.
“Come on! I’m the intelligence expert of our group!” Chloe chuckled, looking complacent.
Audrey was amused.
The summer afternoon sun was dazzling, and light shone through the office blinds, falling on them through the gaps.
Chloe caught Audrey’s smile in the sun, and after a moment’s distraction, she blurted out with a sigh, “Audrey, you are really the most beautiful woman I have ever seen! If I were a man, I would definitely pursue you! If a man marries you, he must be the luckiest guy!”
Audrey paused slightly.
But soon, she lowered her gaze and pushed Chloe’s swivel chair. “Okay, get to work. Didn’t you just say that you couldn’t finish the drawing?”
At her words, Chloe’s smiling face instantly wrinkled. She sighed and returned to her workstation. “I must have been a sinner in my last life, so I have endless drawings to finish in this life.”

Audrey just smiled.
With a notification sound, an email popped up from the lower right corner of the computer screen.
Audrey clicked it out of habit.
An electronic contract suddenly appeared in her eyes.
On the first page of the contract, the words “Divorce Agreement” were clearly written.
Audrey’s eyelashes trembled as her phone on the desk vibrated, revealing a text from Maxwell before she could read the content.
[Mrs. Ainsworth, this is the divorce agreement that the legal department has just prepared. Please take a look. If you have any questions, you can contact me at any time.]
Audrey pressed her lips tightly, looked up at the words “Divorce Agreement” in bold and large font above the document, and suddenly found it difficult to swallow.
A sense of pain came from the wrist bone.
Audrey looked down and saw that the traces of the quarrel two days ago were still faintly visible. She was distracted just now and subconsciously gripped the mouse tightly, hurting the wound.
“Audrey… Audrey?” Chloe knocked twice on the top of her computer.

Audrey suddenly came back to her senses, confusion flashing in her eyes.
“Your phone. It has been ringing for a long time.” Chloe pointed at the phone next to Audrey, whose sereen was flickering and ringing, and reminded her.
Audrey was stunned as she saw the caller ID.
She stood up, walked into the empty conference room, and pressed the answer button on the screen.
“Sir Ainsworth.”
An hour later.
In the study of the Ainsworth Manor.
Theodore looked coldly at Dunstan, who was sitting on the sofa with a cane in his hand, and greeted him in a deep voice, “Grandpa“.
Dunstan snorted coldly and ordered, “Lucas, go to check if Audrey has arrived.”
Lucas nodded in response, turned around, and left the study.
Hearing that Dunstan had called Audrey back, Theodore frowned, a hint of disgust flashing in his eyes, and his tone couldn’t help but become a little more impatient.
“Grandpa, what’s the matter? Why did you call me back so urgently?”
“What? Can’t I call you back if there’s nothing else? You’re so busy now that you even have an objection to coming home?” Dunstan’s voice was deep 1 his tone was obviously displeased.
Theodore’s temples throbbed. “That’s not what I meant.”
“No?”
Dunstan’s face turned cold. He picked up the documents on the table and threw them at Theodore, shouting, “Then explain to me what this means!”
A few pieces of paper were scattered.
One of them fell on the floor right in front of Theodore, with the words “Divorce Agreement” clearly written on it.
Theodore’s eyes instantly turned gloomy, and his tone was cold. “Did Audrey tell you?”
