As I walked out, I saw a familiar strawberry blonde with hazel eyes.

“Kelvin Taylor” exclaimed.

He stood up and walked towards me, hugging me lightly.

“Long time no see Ans Beverly.” He said as we separated from the hug

Kelvin Taylor was a colleague and friend in the Cafe I worked at before getting married to Quinn years back. He had quitted the job, saying wanted to build his company. He was one of the few people who spoke to me, and he saved me from some nasty customers hack at the cafe.

“So, I heard of the popular Blue by restaurant whose dishes got the people talking and was run by Ana Beverly, I wondered if it was the Ana Beverly I knew or another person, so I decided to come see for myself. Thank God I came.” He explained

He took me in his car to the place of the buildings. He took me to the first place, which I didn’t like because I felt it was small, though the interior decor was beautiful

He drove to another location, and I was wowed by it. I loved every nook and cranny of it. The interior decor, the elevators, the staircase, the spaciousness, the furniture, everything was to my taste.

“I love this!” I exclaimed excitedly.

“I thought as much.” He said.

“You said your friend is out of the country, so should I send the money to you for you to send it to him? And what’s the price?” I asked in one breath

“Well, this building and a few actually belongs to me. We had some kind of deal, and he gave them to me, free.” He said

“What! He gave buildings worth millions of dollars to you free?” I exclaimed.

“We had a deal, as I said earlier.” He shrugged.

“So, what’s your price. Tasked. I knew it probably up to a hundred million dollars or more, I could afford it. It would shake business finances a little, but I was sure I would make the money back.
