I supported my aching head and stood up with the help of Brian.
People around me immediately murmured.
“So, she is a mistress. I thought she was so outstanding. I guess she was just pretending.”
“She is so shameless. Corey abandoned her, and now she is Mr. Quinn’s mistress.”
“This woman looks familiar. Isn’t she the woman from the
Quinn family?”
“Lena is more than just a mistress. Did you see the man next to her? He is the deputy manager of Dreamboat. She is in her thirties and not very beautiful, but she is very capable.”
I held Brian who was impatient.
I took a deep breath and sorted out my messy thoughts.
Covering the wound that was still bleeding, I looked at the crying woman coldly. “Mrs. Quinn? Mr. Quinn and I just have a business cooperation. I don’t know what behavior or who misled you to make you think that I seduced Mr. Quinn.”
She sat on the ground with her hands on her hips and started to
curse.
“Cooperation? What are you cooperating about?
“Don’t think I don’t know. You are now divorced, and the Colton family has fallen. Why should my husband cooperate with you?
“Who would believe you?”
Someone sneered loudly.
“Yes. Cooperation? She doesn’t even know how to make up a decent
excuse.”
Sienna walked over slowly, helped Mrs. Quinn up, and said sympathetically, “I can understand you. After all, she is still obsessed with my husband. Such a woman is shameless.”
I saw the smugness in Sienna’s eyes.
I immediately realized that she planned all this.
As she arrived, many reporters suddenly poured into the venue, carrying cameras and shooting at my face.
Little Mia was bent on protecting me and was squeezed into the crowd.

For example, she said that she saw George and I entering and leaving the hotel and eating together.

Brian tried to protect me while shouting at the top of his voice and was punched several times in the chaos.
I quickly took out my phone to call the police. But Sienna snatched it away in the chaos.
She threw my phone away and smiled even more smugly.
“Lena, not anyone’s men can be seduced, do you understand?”
I trembled with anger, and my eyes were cold.
“You deliberately misled her to make trouble, but there is actually no evidence that I am a mistress. Sienna, I will not let you go.”
Sienna covered her mouth and laughed as if she had heard a joke.
“I wonder what you can do.
“I am Mrs. Skye now. Who in this world dares to do anything to
me?
“You can’t compare to me.”
They left the party halfway because of something, but they didn’t expect someone to take advantage of this opportunity to make trouble.
Mrs. Quinn threw herself at George, crying and hitting him.
“I have been married to you for so many years and gave birth to your kid. But you still want to hook up with this bitch outside. I don’t want to live anymore!”
“Idiot!” George pushed Mrs. Quinn away fiercely, and his voice was so loud.
