Chapter 18
The way the people around me looked at me had changed.
I even heard someone whispering,
“I was wondering what she was doing here. It turns out she had such intentions.
“We all know that she has tried so hard to please Corey during the ten years of their marriage, and in the end, she was still abandoned. Now, less than a year after their divorce, Corey has remarried. How could she possibly be reconciled with that?
“You didn’t notice it, but I saw her stealing glances at Corey several times. It’s hilarious that she thinks he will still find her attractive.”
I remained calm on the surface, but anger was rising inside me.
Initially, I didn’t want to get involved with them, but Sienna had to
pester me.
In the eyes of others, if I rebutted Sienna, that would mean that I still had feelings for Corey. That was why I talked back to her.
But if I remained silent, it would show that I felt guilty, which would mean that I was indeed here for Corey.
Sienna and I were arguing over him.
But he remained in a high position, indifferent to what he was seeing.
Why should I let him get away?
Chapter 18

Ignoring Sienna, who was still kept on and on, I snatched the wine glass from her hand..
With everyone watching, I quickly walked up to Corey and poured the wine on him.
At that moment, everyone fell into silence.
Corey couldn’t stay calm. A sense of embarrassment rose on his cold face as he widened his eyes. He looked at me in disbelief.
Strangely, his eyes showed no anger.
Sienna was the first to react. She screamed as she quickly walked over and took out a tissue to wipe the red wine stains off Corey’s clothes.
While wiping, she still couldn’t help but complain about me, “This is Corey’s favorite coat. I think you’re out of your mind.”
I recognized the coat.
Suddenly, I felt the urge to laugh.
I had that coat specially customized for Corey’s first birthday after we got married.
He had seldom worn it in the ten years of our marriage.
But now, it had become his favorite coat.
I was just curious if Sienna knew the story behind that coat.
Corey quickly regained his composure. He removed Sienna s hand. which was still wiping, and stared at me intently. “Ms. Colton, what do you mean by this?”
I crossed my arms, and my tone was sarcastic. “Obviously, your wife thinks that I still have feelings for you. So, I proved otherwise.
“If she still has doubts, I don’t mind pouring wine on you again.”
Sienna’s face turned dark as she bit her lower lip.
Corey suddenly laughed like he was out of his mind. “Lena, are you angry?”
I didn’t understand what he meant. And I didn’t want to talk to him.
I turned around and raised my voice.
“While we’re here, I’d like to make one thing clear.
“Mr. Skye and I divorced by mutual agreement, and there was no contradiction. I hope those who do not know the truth do not make random guesses.
“By the way, regarding how Mr. Skye and I became a couple more than a decade ago and whether I played dirty to take away the marriage that originally belonged to Ms. Grant, I think Mr. Skye could elaborate on that.”
The curious gazes of the bystanders immediately fell on Sienna and
Corey.
Sienna suddenly became nervous as she tightened her grip on Corey’s arm.
Chapter 18
After all, Corey chose to marry me not only because of the pressure from his father but also because Sienna had gone. abroad with a young director to pursue her movie dreams.

Corey pursed his lips, and his expression was gloomy, still silent.
I glanced at them and turned to leave.
