She left to contact them while Melody araciously turned to him, terrified. “Do you think you know what’s causing this?”
There were over to children at the orphanage. Including the staff, there were a total of more than 70 people. A mass food poisoning case like this was not a laughing matter.

From a medical prospective, each report was concerning.
Many children were severely malnourished, leading to a series of related health issues. Nearly all of them had some form of gastric problems.
