Then, Julian thought of something and was quick to fathom the situation. “Wait a minute. Are you telling me that you two never spoke again after that night, and then suddenly Kelly appeared out of nowhere and claimed that she was pregnant?”
“I know what you’re thinking, but she isn’t that kind of person.” Leon’s too grew more serious.
Julian hesitated before speaking. He also wanted to believe that Kelly wasn’t that type of person. Yet, it was hard not to overthink it.
After spending one night together, she had disappeared for a month. After that, she had returned and claimed that she was pregnant. It was hard to believe such a roincidence. His main concern was that Leon might’ve fallen into a trap set by someone with an ulterior motive
Leon looked at him seriously. “I’ve encountered many people and have experienced enough to tell the good from the bad. She’s not the manipulative type. It’s obvious at first glance. Besides, I was the one who proposed the marriage.
Leon had always been better at judging people than Julian
