Chapter 90 Just To Take Demon
It wasn’t Wendy’s intention to leave na behind. It was just that Demand Wily were tasked with making dinner tonight anyway. It was only natural for her to discuss the shopping list and the mem with Dem
Besides, Wende thought Demi was very goodat selecting fresh ingredients. As such, Wendy would need Demi’s opinion from time to time.
After she thought about it, Ana turned around and started talking to Chad and George. She asked for their opens on what to bury and followed up with suggestions on what vegetables to buy
Chad and George did not know what was on the shopping list as they were tasked to cook. They were happy to just have food on their plate.
After being asked a few questions, Chad and George were finding it difficult to answer Ana
Chad politely said. “Ms. Pitt, just buy whatever you think is necessary. I’m fine with anything.”
George stated honestly, “I think we should just follow the instructions of Mrs. Yale and Demi.”
Ana’s semble froze as she forced out. “Sure.”
After that, Ana got herself a small basket and began filling it with the ingredients she wanted with that, she was only separated from the group.

Additionally, she tracked the price of each item placed in the cart. Very soon, the shopping cart was quite full “They then proceeded to the check–out counter to pay. At the same time, Wendy called Ana to inform her to meet them at the cash register,
Wendy and Demi placed their items on the counter at the register to complete the checkout process. When Ana approached them, she also placed her items on the counter
The group then realized there was a problem–Demi forgot to include Ana’s items in the budget. They would not have enough money to pay for all their items.
Wendy, Chad, and George were dumbfounded. Demi didn’t purposely exclude Ana’s items from the budget, she just hadn’t noticed what Ana was doing when she drifted from the group. Demi’s focus was on maximizing the limited funds they had to get the best available ingedients.
Wendy proposed a solution, “How about this, Ana? We will keep the ingredients we have in common, and you can calculate how much the rest of your items will cost. I will just remove the ingredients required to make two dishes from my part”
As she said that, Windy quickly removed the items from the counter and placed them back into the shopping cart. The others quickly helped her as well
“Sorry for the trouble,” Wendy apologized to the cashier and pushed the cart away from the counter
“Ana, I’m removing the ingredients we have in common,” Wendy said as she removed items from the shopping cart,
Ana had an awkward expression on her face.
Wendy continued, “Alright, Ana, can you please let us know how much the rest of your items would cost? I will then remove some items from my carl”
Ana looked like she was about to cry when she replied, “Whatever.”
Wendy was speechless. She didn’t remember saying anything wrong
George was getting a line frustrated Dinner time was soon upon them, yet here they were, wasting time over nothing. Why did Ana go shopping anyway? She didn’t know how to cook! George knew why Ana was so eager–she wanted to take Demon!
Demi lowered her head without saying anything. She quickly checked the price of the items in Ana’s basket. After a quick calculation, Demi cemoved more items from the shopping cart
Wendy exclaimed, “Wait, Demi, what are you doing?” Dem was the main cook for tonight’s dinner for the special guests. If she removed her items, what would the special guests eat?
Demi teplied lightly, “I just make two dishes less.”
Ana’s expression became more awkward at that. She slowly balled her hands into tight fists, looking helpless
