Chapter 40 Good Parents
The neighbor speaking to Margaret was Andery Stevenson. She was 60 years old and was very caring.
When Margaret felt that she would pass away back then, she asked her neighbors not to inform Demi about it if she fainted or left the world. She also told them not to send be to the hospital and arrange a funeral for her instead.
Lastly, she begged them to find a place for her grandchild to stay in
Since they had been neighbors for a long time and Margaret was very kind, everyone agreed to help her.
Back then, Margaret took out her savings and asked them to use it for the funeral, but the neighbors refused it, saying that they would raise money themselves to prepare for the funeral.
She didn’t want to be sent to the hospital because the knew that her illness couldn’t be treated. Instead of spending a lot of money in the hospital, she wanted to pa pracefully at home.
