As someone who grew up in the country, Dei immediately recognized the sound. It was a tractor, or perhaps a “tour wheeler, as locals often called it

Everyone froze when a putting, smoke spewing black iron contraption tumbled to a stop in front of the group.
“Can we even sit in this?
“I’d rather nde a donkey or a horse
“A camel would be better than this!”
Complaints started thing
“Not satisfied, are we? Fine We’ll cancel this benefit, Matt said with a warning tone.
The group quickly changed their minds. After all, anything was better than walking.
Nigel helped Wendy onto the vehicle first, followed by Thomas assisting Ana. When it was Mana and Demi’s tum, Chad and George stepped forward, playing the part of gentlemen.
Demi could have easily climbed on herself, but she didn’t see the need to show oft in front of everyone.
Thomas had hesitated for a moment, seemingly intending to help Demi. However, Chad beat him to it.
Joining the four female guests on the tractor were Mat
neraman, and several crew members, filling the vehicle to capacity.
The tractor roared to life and began to move, leaving behind the male guests standing on the roadside.
Maria leaned against Demi’s shoulder, as they held onto the edge of the tractor’s trailer as it jolted along the uneven rood.
The wind swept through, scattering Maria’s wavy hair across her face, making her squint. Frustrated, she kept pushing her hair back, trying to tame it.
“Demil, how did you open that wine bottle earlier? Is there a trick to it?” Marta asked curiously.
Demi paused, then replied thoughtfully. “It might’ve looked easy, but it’s actually pretty tricky.” She didn’t want Maria to think she was keeping secrets.
Mana laughed. “That makes sense! If you’d been fumbling with it forages, I’d think it’s something I could try. But the way you just gave it a little tap and it popped open, I don’t think I could pull that off. But seriously, how did you even know to do that? you’ve never opened a wine bottle betore, right?
Ana, who was seated backface against them, subtly tilted her head, deadly Listening in.
Demi confessed. “I’ve practiced martial arts before.”
she figured it was only a matter of time before this part of her past came to light, so it was better to mention it now.
Maria’s eyes widened in surprise. “Oh, really?”
“The vicious gal knows martial arts?
“Can knowing martial arts really help open a bottle like that? I do Taekwondo, so I’ll give it a shot.”
“She’s probably just putting on a show again. Picked up some flashy moves on set and now claims she knows martial arts.”
“But then again, if she doesn’t know martial arts, how did she manage to open the bottle?”
*1 just tried it myself. Almost smashed the bottle, and it still didn’t open
“It’s probably about using the right technique, not brute force.”
“Here’s a funtry story. We had a college reunion today. A bunch of guys tried Demi’s method to open a wine bottle. Not one of them succeeded. They’re still at it, refusing to admit defeat! Meanwhile, all of us girls were laughing.”
“I’m a guy and would like to request Demi to teach me.
“Didn’t you hear her say it earlier? It’s not easy to learn. She knows martial arts.”
“Well, I do strength training”
“Guys just hate admitting they can’t do something!”
“Honestly, if a guy could–open a wine bottle with one clean pop like that, it’d be really cool”
“Demi should start a class for this. I bet she’d have tons of male students.”
The tone of online comments had shifted and the usual hostility toward Demi seemed to wane. After a short while, Demi had gained several new fans.
