The physicians were anxious, and no one dared to step forward to try treating Elijah anymore.
As Amara and Delia looked at the pitiful Elijah, they cried for him. Their eyes were still filled with hate for Dustin.

“The Medical Sage! The only physician in the world to reach the miracle grade!” a physician cried out.
The other physicians stirred in excitement.
The Medical Sage was ranked the highest among all physicians in Lovellia. He was at the highest peak and in a class of his own.
They traveled from afar to Rivenesco because they wanted to meet the Medical Sage!
“Hello, Mr. Foxtin!”
The physicians greeted the Medical Sage with immense respect.

Simone stared at the mysterious man in stunned silence.
The Medical Sage was famous throughout Lovellia, and his name rang in every household.
She had never expected there would come a day when someone like her would get to see such an important person.
“Where did Dustin go? He’s so unlucky, Simone thought.
“Mr. Foxtin, you’re finally here!”
Delia cried in delight and ran over to him with teary eyes.
Amara sighed in relief.
After all the commotion, the Medical Sage was finally here.
Their brother would be saved.

Delia froze, but her eyes welled up with tears even more.
“You still haven’t forgiven me?” she asked sadly. “I’m sorry. I don’t know what I’ve done, but I’m sorry. Can’t you forgive me this once? I can’t bear to lose your favor…”
She clutched the Medical Sage’s hand and held it tightly.
With such a delicate face, teary eyes, and pitiful expression, most men could not resist her plea. They would readily agree to her every request.
But Dustin was the one beneath the black metal mask, and his face was indifferent.
Since he knew Delia’s true nature, he found this pitiful behavior absolutely disgusting.
It was hard for him to connect this pleading, teary–eyed woman with the spiteful woman he had seen before.

Delia froze in place.
She was not expecting the Medical Sage to still be angry at her even after she pleaded for his forgiveness. “What exactly is it that I did? Why can’t you just tell me?!” she shouted angrily.
The physicians looked at each other awkwardly.

Amara stepped forward and smiled warmly.
“Mr. Foxtin, my sister is still young and doesn’t always understand things, but she has a pure heart. She’s not a bad person. She has always respected and admired you. If she has offended you in any way, please find it in your heart to forgive her,” she said courteously to him.
This was a courtesy that she had never shown to the real Dustin.
“Who do you think you are? You have no right to speak here,” Dustin said coldly.
Amara’s face stiffened.
She had no graceful way out of the situation after she was humiliated in such a way in front of so many people.
She had never been disgraced in this way ever.
In an instant, Amara felt upset and furious, but she did not dare to lose her temper.
After all, this man was the famous Medical Sage.
His reputation and status were far too high.
He was the only miracle grade physician in the world. He was incredibly important to Lovellia and

With scars and fresh wounds on his body, he had rushed back to celebrate Amara’s birthday, but he was kicked out like a piece of trash!
