Chapter 66
“Is it really that hand to full soch a small request of mine?” Sophia fused as she got out of the car
“I’ve already contacted the person who bought Highbum Castle. They made it clear that the east castle had been sold, and there was no way they could give it to us. We can change our wedding venue if you’re not satisfied with it. Didn’t you want an island wedding before? We can change to that,” jacob replied imitably.
“I just don’t like being inferior to the others. I guess an island wedding would…”
Before Sophia could finish her sentence, she noticed Eloise, who was standing aside. Immediately, she suppressed heranger and put on a happy smile
“What a coincidence, Eloise. Ch, right. I was discussing our wedding venue with jacob. We’d love to hear your suggestions.”
Eloise chuckled. “Sure.”
“Have you heard of Highbum Castle?”
With a deliberately exaggerated expression, Eloise exclaimed, “Of course! Back when your flance was still my boyfriend, I’d told him numerous times that I love castle weddings. And it’d be an unforgettable moment formel 1 could hold my wedding at Highbum Castle,”
She continued reviously, “Are you going to host your wedding at Highhum Castle? It must be hard to get a reservation, right?”
Sophia took great satisfaction in Eloise’s envy.
“Yes, we are going to host our wedding at Highburn Castle. It be lovely to see you there.”
“Of course,” Eloise answered
Beaming with joy, Sophia tumed to Jacob and said, “Alright, Highbum Gastleit is.”
Jacob let out a breath of relief. He then tumed to look at Eloise, only to see the mark on her neck. As soon as he figured out what it was, he frowned.
“Are you dating someone?
Horse Scotled “That’s none of your business.”
“I was just worried that you might be dating the wrong person”
“My taste in men is truly awful indeed. I dated the wrong person for eight years, after.
As she finished her sentence, Eloise shot jacob a glare and walked away
William just came downstairs when Eloise trached home. He had changed into a dark blue sweatpants and a gray sweater. In contrast to his sophisticated demeanor before, he looked fresher now as if he was a college student walking out of the campus.
There seemed to be different sides of him, and all of them were equally attractive.
“Great! Now we’re both college students.” William was very satisfied with what Eloise was wearing
“college students?” she asked in contusion.
“Tbring you to a place for good food near the college.”
William walked over and picked Eloise up, placing her on the shoe rack. Taken aback, she grabbed his shoulder with both hands. Then, William took advantage of the mocnent and gave her a peck
“I’ll help you with your shoes.”
“okay, I
Before Eloise could finish her sentence, William knelt and put her sneakers on for her.
“Is this a time–day perk she jokingly asked.
William gently held her hand and kissed it. “This is the perk you get for marrying
ying me, and you’ll get to enjoy it every day in the future
This time, William drove by himself instead of asking Benjamin to fetch them
Half an hour later, they parked outside of an alley which was just around the side entrance of Aldi University. Their car couldn’t go through the alley as it was too nanow and cluttered
After they got out of the car, William then led her inside the alley.
Eloise was very familiar with Aldi University and its surroundings. After all, she had studied here foreight years.
You didn’t study here in your college days, did you?”
would have heard of William if he did study here for his handsome look.
“No, I studied overseas. ”
Eloise was still confused. “But y
with this pl
i you seem quite familiar with this place.”
William smiled. “Because Thad always stayed here during semester break whenever I came back. I stayed at an apartment near my company most of the time started to work, and sometimes stayed here too. Fretum to the villa only occasionally.”
No wonder Eloise never saw him at the villa. She was staring at the houses in this small alley. They were mostly old houses from decades ago, all shabby and dark.
“We’re here “William polated to the front. This is my friend’s testaurant ”
Eloise looked in the direction he pointed and noticed a restaurant named “Stucco Pasta“.
No way, what were the odds?
