Before he could make a move, I interrupted coldly, “Why are you here? If you’re just looking for trouble, I don’t mind calling the police again and having you hauled back to the station! If it weren’t for you falling for another man, we would never have ended up divorced, and the relationship between our two families wouldn’t have become this tense!”
