Chapter 52 Only One Sister
Elsa tumed pale at my words but didn’t dare say another word. She just looked at Jack with a wronged expression.
“Jack, I didn’t do anything wrong. Everything I did was for Jane’s sake…”
Jack stepped in again, glaring at me with dissatisfaction. “I know Elsa better than anyone. She’s afraid that your reckless behavior will ruin the family’s reputation! But you insult her instead of being grateful Jane, don’t go too far!”
I laughed. “Whether it’s too far or not, that’s hard to say.”
I pulled out my phone and played a video. In it, Elsa was secretly talking to a doctor, and there were no visible wounds on her wrist
My parents looked horrified
“What… What is this? Elsa, your wrist…”
Elsa quickly covered her wrist, but before I could say anything, Jack stepped in front of her again. “Do you think we’ll still fall for your lousy tricks? The evidence you showed before was fake, and this one must be too!”
I couldn’t believe that my own brother still sided with Elsa even now. It was laughable.
I looked coldly at Elsa with mockery.
“You see? Jack has lost his mind for you. So, what about you? Shouldn’t you say something? What if I accidentally release this video? What do people will think of you?”
Elsa looked aggrieved, but I could see her clutching the bed sheets as a flash of hatred passed through her eyes.

“Jane. I don’t understand why you’re accusing me like this. If you want to ruin my reputation, just post it. I don’t care.” She was still playing the innocent act, thinking I couldn’t deal with her.
1 laughed coldly and put my phone away. “You said you’re being wronged, right? If that’s the case, I’ll just post the video, and you can use your wounds to prove it. I’m not forcing you.”
After saying that, I turned to leave. Elsa panicked and tried to chase after me but pretended to trip and fall.
Jack quickly went to help her. “Jane, are you done? What did Elsa do to you? Why are you being so cruel to her? I’m warning you, I’ll hold you if you post that video!”

My heart sank bit by bit. I looked at him expressionlessly, only feeling disappointment. “Since you’re so protective of her, from now on, you only have one sister.”
He froze, and I couldn’t be bothered with his displeasure. I said a quick word to my parents before turning to leave.
I didn’t end up posting the video, not because I was afraid of Elsa but because Levi was about to return to the country, and I needed to focus on picking out the location for the brand’s headquarters. I didn’t have time to deal with Elsa.
But to my surprise, while I was negotiating prices with the venue owner, Jack and Elsa showed up out of nowhere.
“Tack, maybe we should just let it go. I’m sure Jane didn’t mean it. Let’s just go back home.” Elsa seemed to be persuading Jack, but her words were full of hostility toward me.
Jack’s anger grew even more. “She’s pushed you to the edge. If I don’t stand up for you, she’ll just keep doing whatever she wants! Don’t worry, Elsa. I’ll make sure she apologizes to you!”
As they spoke, they came right up to me.
“You actually posted the video online! Jane, I advise you to apologize to Elsa immediately, or the Brown family won’t accept you!” he scolded me relentlessly.
