“Things are taking different turns than we have planned!” Carlos says, standing next to Benedetta after seeing Diego and Evelyn leaving for a personal talk. 

Benedetta chuckles quietly, although her eyes say something else,” Do you really think so?” 

Carlos frowns upon her remark, trying to understand what she meant by that, “What are you trying to say?” He asks for confirmation. 

“Nothing! But one thing I can understand is that our prey has found its way to enjoy the drama. What more, I have a strong hunch that she –!” Benedetta looks up, at the next rooftop when Jasmine is standing,” she will definitely work hard now!” 

Carlos looks at the direction where Jasmine is looking at Evelyn and Diego. 

“Since when is she here?“Carlos gritted out and looked around. Do you think she has tried to hurt the kids?” 

“The probability is 99%. She knows what kind of allergies we have. To make sure, she might have pulled this nasty thing on my kids!” Benedetta clenches her fist as she said. 

“I still can’t understand why you are not exposing her to everyone? At least you should let Spencer know how –!” 

“Why would I?” Benedetta looks at Carlos with a dark and dangerous gaze, ” Each day I tried not to expose her to the world. But do you think it will stop her? The Jasmine I know is far more than a vicious woman. She can do anything to get what she wants.”

To me, I will watch them doing everything to win but once they are 1 inch away from their victory, I will snatch it. Jasmine is obsessed with Spencer. But she is more obsessed with her position as Luna. If İ am right, Spencer right now has a hunch about her personality. But he won’t do anything!” 

“Why?” Carlos asked, realizing that she is the one who spent ten years with Spencer and his pack. She knows them more than he does. 

“Beta Ostra. Jasmine’s father. He has an entire territory that has a huge impact on the SpringVille Wolf Pack. That’s why since the day we got to know that I was his mate, Alpha Armstrong and Jasmine went berserk. The plan to make her Luna was from the beginning!” She states. 

“Then why didn’t they just ask Spencer to reject you and accept her?” Carlos asked… 

“I don’t know. Mrs Armstrong was adamant about rejection. Spencer loves his mother more than anyone. That’s why he couldn’t do it. Probably! Or maybe they needed something to gain.”

Benedetta lets a soft chuckle to escape before looking at Carlos, I take my word. You know me too well, brother!” 

Carlos’s eyes narrow with a dark glint on his eyes,” What is it? Benedetta! You are hiding from us, what is it?” 

Benedetta tucks her hair behind her hair before looking at the seagulls.

“Between Beta Ostra’s territory and Our pack. It’s right in the middle of the sea! This is a private area. That’s why we sent our spy drone there. You can watch the footage that I have sent to you!”

“Yehhh!!! We are going. What about Dawn’s Mom? Will she allow it?” 

Benedetta looks at Diego who just walks towards them. 

“Don’t worry. I will take care of it!” She winks, assuring them. 

Spencer can’t help but smiles at Benedetta. She can understand the kids better. 

However, he doesn’t know that a pair of eyes are trying to pierce through him. Jasmine’s hand clenches when she finds Benedetta and Spencer are being so close and laughing with the kids. Like a perfect family. 

“Laugh as much as you can. After this trip, the happiness will be gone!” 

Jasmine smirks, looking at the Beta while washing the fish.
