Nathaniel Hart couldn’t help but sigh.
He had thought that by throwing a tantrum with Sofia Schneider, she would relent and grant him some freedom.

She knew Emiliano well–a nurturing, considerate man who could take care of everyone’s needs.
She couldn’t imagine him doing anything to make Nathaniel uncomfortable.
“No,” Nathaniel shook his head. “He’s actually very good.”
Objectively, Emiliano took great care of him, but it was precisely this excellent care that burdened Nathaniel even more.
