Victor had known Simon for many years, but this was the first time he had seen him so agitated. Simon had never lost his temper with him, whether in private or in public. Whenever there was an issue, Simon would always lead by example and handle it well. But today, it was like he was a completely different person

When Simon’s attention was turned on them, Brandon and Phillip felt an inexplicable sense of tension

As Simon’s mentor, Ethan was Phillip’s mother’s very last hope. But he had personally shattered this hope with everything that had happened earlier. Thinking backon the things he had said to Ethan, he didn’t have the guts to face him anymore,
“At this point, if you truly want to save your mother, then you need to show Ethan enough sincerity and apologize to him, Simon said, “Although I haven’t interacted with him much, I’m sure he’s not a heartless person. If you can earn his forgiveness and get him to help, your mother will be fine!”
