Christopher remained calm. As the men charged at him, he disarmed them barehanded. The air was soon filled with groans and cries of pain as they fell one by one to the ground.
Rebecca watched in stunned silence. She never imagined Christopher to have such overwhelming strength. His body seemed as sold as steel, and the iron rods that twong at him didn’t harm him in the slightest.
As Niko watched his men get beaten down, he could hardly believe his eyes. He barked at them furiously, “what are you lying there for? Get up! Ten of you can’t handle one man? Useless fools! I take care of all your needs, but when it matters, you’re all worthless!
Engaged and desperate, Niko grabbed a knife from the table and charged at Christopher, who immediately reached for the handle of his weapon. Though he couldn’t harm criminals, he couldn’t allow ako to hurt him or Rebecca.
