Chapter 303
“You… Who are you?” Seeing another beautiful young girl open the door, Tonia’s face turned pale, as if she might faint from the shock any second.
“Huh?” Nina tilted her head slightly, surprised by the woman’s rude tone. She then began teaching the visitor a lesson on etiquette. “What’s wrong with you? Before asking who I am, you should introduce yourself first instead of skipping over my question and demanding to know who I am. Got it?”
Tonia was stunned. She had just asked a simple question and was immediately met with this long–winded scolding from the girl.
She was filled with anger and bitterness, thinking how laughable it was that she had mustered up the courage to come back to Logan’s house, only to be lectured by an insolent girl.
Tonia didn’t know who the girl was and had never seen her before. It baffled her as to why the girl could be in Logan’s house, especially when the owner wasn’t even home.
But soon, it struck her that Sanya must have brought the girl over.
She pondered, ‘Logan wasn’t even here, yet this woman dares to invite her friends over. Who does she think she is? Does she actually believe she’s the mistress of the house? That’s ridiculous!
Tonia was certain that Logan would not fall for someone so impudent and Sanya must have used underhanded tricks to coerce him, forcing him to allow her to stay.
It irked Tonia when she realized that an honorable man like Logan was so easily fooled by those despicable tricks. Although there was a misunderstanding between them, Tonia firmly believed she would be his future wife and had every right to help him rid himself of those shady women
After calming herself down, Tonia said with authority, “I’m Tonia Foster, a friend of the owner of this house. Who are you? I’ve never seen you with Logan before. Why are you here? Who asked you to come?”
Her pretentious demeanor could have intimidated most people, but Nina wasn’t an ordinary girl.
Hearing Tonia’s barrage of questions, Nina replied seriously, “I’m Nina Woods. This is my first time here, and of course, my friend invited me here.”
“Your friend? Who is it?” Tonia sneered. “This is Logan’s house. Who besides him has the right
to invite you here?”
Before Nina could respond, Sanya stepped forward and said, “That would be me. Any problems with that?”
Sanya walked up to Nina and casually draped an arm protectively over her shoulder. Flashing a half–smile, she taunted Tonia, “Oh, isn’t this Ms. Foster from this morning? What are you doing here? I don’t think Feastze asked you to wait for him at home, right?”
Seeing Sanya, Tonia’s mind flashed back to the morning’s events. She remembered how casually the woman had clung to Logan, something even she wouldn’t dare to do.
She stared at Sanya and thought, ‘What gives her the right? She acts frivolously, speaks shamelessly, and appears like a woman of no class.
Tonia’s eyes grew cold as she spoke in an authoritative tone, like the mistress of the house. “I don’t know what kind of tricks you used to make Logan let you stay here, but I’m certain he would never fall for someone like you.
“Before I lose my temper, get out of his house with your group of low–class friends. Otherwise, don’t blame me for being unkind to you!”

Chapter 303
“Oh no!” Sanya wrapped her arms around Nina and pretended to be pitiful. “Nina, did you hear that? This woman is threatening me. She’s so fierce!”
Nina was highly protective of the war machines. She would deal with anyone who dared to mess with them.
Seeing Tonia being rude to Sanya, the innocent look on Nina’s face vanished. Her eyes turned sharp. As she cracked her knuckles, a chilling smile spread across her face. “How you dare threaten Sanya? You’ve got guts, don’t you?”
“You!” Tonia saw that the girl, who had looked innocent just moments ago, had a murderous look in her eyes. It triggered a primal fear in her, making her tremble uncontrollably and even want to run away.
However, Tonia was not willing to be scared off by the two women of unknown origins. She stood her ground, tightened her fists, and said sternly to Nina, “What do you want? I don’t believe you dare to hit me.”
Nina tilted her chin and said, “Why wouldn’t I dare hit you? I’m going to beat you up today!” Then, she swung her fist at Tonia.
“Ah!” Tonia screamed in fear, but to her surprise, the fist stopped right in front of her. It wasn’t because Nina had shown mercy, but because Sanya had suddenly grabbed Nina’s hand and stopped her action.

“Sanya?” Nina, confused by the situation, looked at Sanya and asked, “Why are you stopping me? Don’t worry. I’m not going to kill her. I’ll just cripple her.”
Clifford had warned her repeatedly from the start that she couldn’t kill anyone, but as long as she didn’t, he would cover for
her.
Sanya smiled and glanced at Tonia, whose face had turned pale, then said to Nina, “If you beat her up now, she’ll just complain to Logan.
“Don’t make it easy for her. Wait for the right chance, catch her alone, then beat her up and dump her in a trash heap. She won’t have any proof to accuse us, and Logan won’t know a thing”
Tonia’s pale face turned ghostly white as she heard Sanya’s plan. She looked at Sanya in terror and said in a trembling voice, “Y–you… How can you be so vicious? We’re in a society ruled by law. How dare you!”
Tonia couldn’t believe that Sanya would openly plan such violence in front of her, thinking, ‘Why is this woman so extreme and cruel? It’s terrifying!‘
She reckoned a violent woman like Sanya staying in Logan’s house would only ruin him.
Suddenly, the elevator chimed from afar, suggesting someone had come out. Since Logan’s apartment was a single unit per floor, the elevator stopping there meant he had come back.
Sure enough, a young man in a suit carrying a briefcase walked toward them. It was Logan.
When he saw Tonia standing at the door, along with Sanya and the unfamiliar girl by her side, he had the unsettling feeling that he was being watched by a group of predetors.
Suddenly, he regretted his decision to leave work early, fearing Sanya might cause trouble at his place. He should have stayed at work, doing his duty instead.
