“Dad, I want to stay in the hospital tonight until Caleb wakes up. “Okay, I know,” said Evelyn, but the smile on her face could no longer be hidden. “Dad, let me send you back to your room. If I come back early tomorrow, I’ll take you to the garden at our gate for a walk. The flowers in the garden are blooming at the right time.”
