Chapter 6
REGD
Jasmine’s POV
The onlookers began murmuring amongst themselves. Several of them gave Liam disgusted looks, but because he was their Alpha, they couldn’t show their disgust the way they wanted to.
Liam’s face reddened in rage, and he turned to Mira with a snarl. “You took a picture and sent it to her?! What is wrong with you?! Look what you’ve done now!”
Mira’s eyes were wide with shock and regret. She wasn’t expecting that the picture would have such a huge effect.
“I’m…I’m sorry,” she whispered, fake tears welling up her eyes, and Liam’s eyes softened slightly as he saw her tears.
I rolled my eyes. “Pathetic.” I spat, “We are over, Liam.”
Liam turned to me with anger and

frustration on his face. “What, so you
you can
think you can leave me, you think do without me! Fine! But don’t come
begging when you realize what a big mistake you’ve made.”
“No problem,” I replied with a nonchalant shrug. It was time to end all these deceits and lies.
“I, Jasmine Gray, reject you, Liam Hunter as mate, so mote it be.” I declared firmly. I hid a wince as a sharp pain pierced
through my chest, and my wolf whimpered in pain.
Everyone fell silent at that moment. Liam’s eyes widened. He wasn’t expecting me to actually reject him; he must have thought I was bluffing.
He shook his head frantically in disbelief.
“No, no, you can’t do that. Jasmine, you can’t do that!”
I lifted an eyebrow, “I just did. Accept the rejection; so I can move on with my life.” I

replied.
He kept shaking his head. “No! You can’t do that!”
When I noticed that he probably wouldn’t accept the rejection immediately, I sighed.
“You know what, come find me when you’re ready to accept it.” I stated, then I turned to Mira with a smirk. “He’s all
yours now. You can have him.”
Then I left the clinic without turning back.
“Come back here Jasmine! We’re not done!” Liam yelled after me.
Immediately I got back to the house, I began packing my things. Even if Liam refused to accept the rejection, I was still going to leave. I would go back to my former pack, and start afresh there. There was nothing left for me here.
Someone knocked gently on the door, pulling me out of my thoughts. I got up and opened it, to find my friend, standing there

with a sad smile on her face.
“Hey Jas,” she greeted softly.
