Crow, Hugh, and Zander stood outside, each holding a cup of coffee, leaning against the car as they quietly waited.
Half an hour later, a man hurriedly walked up, carrying a bag wrapped in brown paper filled with medicine and another large bag stuffed with pies
As he approached the clinic and saw the expensive business car parked out front, along with the three big men leisurely sipping their coffee, he couldn’t help but give them a puzzled look.
Crow noticed the man as well. They exchanged glances, but the man didn’t acknowledge them and walked straight into the clinic. The three men didn’t react, continuing to sip their coffee without a word.
As soon as the man entered the clinic, his eyes landed on Cherise sitting in the corner. The elderly man immediately stood up and greeted him. “That was really quick, Dr. Garcia.”
Hearing the voice, Cherise looked up, realizing that he was the owner of the clinic.
Cherise lowered her head, frowning slightly. A thought crossed her mind, ‘Is this Dr. Garcia, the owner of this clinic? If so, I must have got the wrong person.

He said, “Same routine for the medicine–one packet a day, and is enough for five days. Once you’re done, you’ll feel much better. And here, these pies–each of you take a bag. Now go back and get some rest. It’s cold outside.”
The two elderly patients took the bundles with grateful smiles, murmuring their thanks as they left the clinic, “Thank you so much, Dr. Garcia.”
As the two elderly patients left, only Cherise and Eugene remained inside the clinic.
“I’m going in,” Hugh said, looking toward the door, ready to enter
Crow and Zander each grabbed one of his arms. “What are you doing? It’s a serious matter,” Crow said in a low voice to avoid attracting attention.
Hugh tried to keep his tone down. That guy looks quite handsome, and it’s just a man and a woman alone. I’m worried Mr. Chivers won’t be happy about it.
Zander scoffed, “No matter how good–looking he is, he can’t be better than Mr. Chivers. Just wait, we’re lucky to be following

“Exactly. Boss has great taste, and you should trust her. Besides, they’re a married couple now. She must have already told him about this trip to Larkston,” Crow added, trying to calm Hugh clown.

Inside the clinic, Cherise stood up and nodded politely to Eugene
Eugene, noticing her, smiled. “You’re here for a consultation, right? I have to charge for my services,” he said, pointing to the large sign on the wall. It said. “Free medical treatment for widow, orphans, the disabled, and the sick”
He then continued, giving her an appreciative glance, “Wait, you seem in perfect health. You don’t look like you need any
treatment.”
Cherise shook her head lightly. Tm not here for treatment.”
Eugene raised an eyebrow. “Oh? Then what brings you to my clinic?” He smiled again, clearly intrigued by the young. stunning Cherise.
Cherise met his gaze with steady eyes, her voice calm but deliberate. “I would like to inquire about an elderly man, named Carson Garcia.
Eugene crossed his arms, looking somewhat confused. “Hey, I’m the only doctor here. Why would you be asking about someone else?”
Cherise caught the fleeting glint of hesitation in his eyes and smiled. “There are some private matters I need to discuss with Mr. Garcia. If you don’t know him, then I must have been mistaken. I apologize for disturbing you.”
With that, Cherise turned to leave. Just as she was about to step out the door, Eugene, whose gaze had been following her the entire time, spoke up. “May I ask something? Are you from Yasvissa?”
