Upon hearing that familiar voice, Dora, Crow, and Jason collectively sighed in relief–Cherise had arrived.
Everyone in the room turned their attention toward the source of the voice, including Nolan and Camellia.
When Nolan recognized Cherise, his expression shifted to one of quiet understanding. He showed no reaction except for a slight, proud smile.
In contrast, Torin could barely contain his excitement. “Oh my goodness, what an enchanting young woman! Could she really be the president of GlobalVision Group? I have another goddess to worship. I’m completely smitten!”
The reporters and some shareholders also recognized her and were momentarily stunned. “Isn’t she the professor from the Traditional Medicine Department at Betrico University? The one everyone’s been talking about?
“No way–could she actually be the president of GlobalVision Group?”
Speculation rippled through the crowd, but no one dared to say it outright.
As Cherise entered, she removed her down jacket, revealing a crisp white professional outfit.
Her long, softly curled hair cascaded down her back, complementing her wide–leg trousers that flowed elegantly with each step, giving her an air of confidence and grace–she looked every bit the powerful woman she was.
She walked straight to the stage, prompting Dora to step aside and give up her place at the microphone.
Once Cherise was settled, she glanced casually at Camellia before addressing the audience. “Hello, everyone! I’m Cherise, the real president of GlobalVision Group!”

Camellia observed the scene, lifting her gaze to meet Cherise’s eyes, a triumphant gleam in her expression. Cherise acknowledged her with a slight smile.
Just then, a large projector descended from above the lobby, displaying today’s stock market trend. The crowd gasped in awe, marveling at the impressive display.
As the information unfolded, shock spread across the audience. “Wait, how did it suddenly shoot up like that?”
“Look at the buying volume–there’s been a huge increase. Is the company really bouncing back? Or is it just temporary?”

Torin leaned toward Nolan and said, “Ms. Leach is extraordinary
Nolan nodded in agreement, a smile on his face. “Indeed, I’m humbled by her presence. She and Morris make a perfect team.”
Camellia clenched her fists tightly, her jaw set in a determined line. It was becoming clear to her that she was behind this massive buying spree.
