Chapter 12
Joseph was stummed to learn that the famous Leon was mattied, especially to one of his students. It was as shocking as a celebrity announcing their relationship.
He had never heard any rumors about Leon being married. What was so special about this female student? He couldn’t be the first to flod out, could he?
As he watched Leon sign the freshly printed application form, Joseph was still trying to process the news.
“Thank you,” Leon said, handing him the signed form.
Snapping back to reality, Joseph quickly took the form. “Professor Ruiter, In that case, this student’s off–campus application is approved. I’ll reach out to the dorm management.”
“I appreciate your help” Leon gave a slight nod.
“It’s no trouble at all,” Joseph responded..
“Then, we’ll take our leave now

As Leon turned to leave with Kelly, Joseph could no longer contain his excitement and immediately reached for his phone to share the earth–shattering news in colleague group. But just as he pulled out his phone, Leon turned around.
“Mr Wall.”
Joseph almost dropped his phone. “P–Professor, what is it?
Leon’s gaze seemed to understand everything. “To avoid attracting any unnecessary attention, we don’t plan to publicly announce our marriage yet. Please keep this confidential.”
Joseph’s phone felt unnaturally warm in his hand. When he met Leon’s eamest eyes, he suddenly felt the weight of responsibility on his shoulders. “Professor Butler, don’t worry. I’ll keep it a secret. As long as you don’t make it public, I’ll take this secret with me to the grave,” he said firmly.
“Thank you,” Leon said as he turned to leave with Kelly.
Joseph stood there holding his phone, mentally screaming. Why had he agreed to this? For someone who loved gossip, keeping such a huge secret was torture.
It wasn’t just Joseph who was excited–Kelly was too. She never expected things to be resolved so easily, nor did she expect Leon to present their manage
certificate.
As he signed the application form as the person responsible for her, she couldn’t help but admire his handsome profile. Her heart had raced uncontrollably. And now, she could finally move into his home.
“You should start packing up your things these days. We’ll move in on the weekend, I’ll come pick you up.”
Leon gently reminded her as they walked out of the counselor’s office. He glanced at the woman next to him. Her lips, were slightly curved upward in a smile, and her eyes were sparlding.
He thought about the tired tone she’d used on the phone earlier. She was young, and her emotions were so unguarded.
“Are you happy now?

Leon’s words made her heart flutter. Did he notice her earlier disappointment and come over just for her? It was the first time anyone had cared about her feelings like this.
“I have some work to take care of in my office,” Leon said.
Kelly quickly understood. “Then, Professor Butler, I won’t keep you. I’ll head back to my down.”
She picked up the pace to leave but stopped alter a few steps and turned back
“Professor Butler.”
