Tara had done extra work, but Stella wanted to use the opportunity to blame it on her. It felt like a great plan, but Tara wasn’t falling for it at all.

As Stella watched the elevator doors close, she was infuriated. Although she was upset, she couldn’t deny what Tara had said earlier. After all, Tara really did her a faver by collecting the tableware in Jonah’s room earlier.

Tara felt lost for a split second, and she instinctively let out a breath of relief. She was glad she had only imagined it. After all, she didn’t want to offend someone like Soren
