People at school often said that Rhett was difficult to get along with. He spoke little, was cold, and always seemed aloof and had a bad temper–unlike Wyatt, who was warm, friendly, and rarely upset with anyone!
It seemed like Wyatt had unleashed all his bad temper on her.
On the other hand, from ber recent interactions with Rhett, he wasn’t hard to approach, nor did he seem prone to sudden outbursts.

“Praise makes you happy?” Nicole thought about how Wyatt had treated her before and figured that Luna must have been constantly belittled and scolded in Wilson’s team.
Only after leaving Wilson’s team and receiving a small compliment did she smile like this.

Nicole’s eyes darkened slightly. “Poor thing, how long has it been since someone praised you? You’ve always been so capable. This is clearly unjust!” Luna beamed, “But now I’ve got praise and am really happy.”
