With that, I hung up the phone and tossed it to the side. Just thinking about Galaxy Pack had unlocked a certain memory I’d been trying to push away for a very long time now.
Galaxy Pack had been my home once upon a time. It had been some sort of support system
to me.
But I’ve now found my real family, a group of brothers who love me, and I’ve become a student of the Royal Elders. This experience in Galaxy PACK is more than suitable for a conversation piece: Hey, did you hear about it, that big handsome guy from Galaxy PACK, Alpha, slept with me.The thought of being disturbed by the operator just now restored my
mood.
There was no point in letting any of what happened get to me. I hummed as I continued to browse my mailbox.
I went through the invitations, wondering which would be the best one to choose. I settled for a small start–up real estate company. They’d offered me an exclusive interview with
them.

And then they threw me to the curb like I didn’t matter at all. It was best if I put them in the past where they belonged.
There was no point in letting any of what happened get to me. I let out a breath and went through some of the other invites. It didn’t matter. I’d already chosen one for myself.
Eventually, I stepped away from my work table and decided to get ready. Once I was done, I put on my make–up. Taking one final glance at the mirror, I made my way to the garage.
It was filled with different luxury cars, all of the latest models. I looked around, wondering which one would be the best for me.
I didn’t want something too flashy. I wanted something that would complement my style and be overall be comfortable.
My eyes landed on a sleek black car. It was no doubt the most understated one among the cars that were lined up.

“That one.” I pointed at the car.
The servant who was in charge of managing the car looked genuinely surprised. I wondered why his eyes had gone so wide.
Maybe I chose the wrong car. He came up to me, unable to hide the excitement in his eyes.
“You have a good eye, Princess Adella. This car is specially prepared for you by Young Master Greyven, the entire werewolf kingdom……‘
I politely interrupted, ‘Okay I know, but I’m in a hurry to get out the door for my interview,
so I’ll talk to you later.‘
What did he mean by that? I pushed the thought away and headed straight for the car.
I revved up the engine and drove out of the compound. It didn’t take long before I arrived at the venue for the interview. It was a classy little manor. Seems that the boss of this company haa good taste.
I took in a deep breath and straightened my posture before heading in. As soon as I walked in, I spotted the interview who was dressed in a suit.

As soon as he saw me, he smiled. “Adella. It’s good to have you here. Are you ready for the
interview?”
I nodded. “Yes I am.”
“Follow me.” He guided me to a chair and took the one facing me.
The man had a kind smile on his face. It was enough to ease some of my nerves and make me relax just a bit.
He asked me a couple of questions about some of the things I’d stated in my CV. With each question, I found myself relaxing even further and answering them with more confidence than I previously had.
“That’s all the questions we have for you. We look forward to getting in touch with you soon.” The man said with a smile.
I returned the smile. “Thank you for this opportunity.”
Chapter 56
With that, I got up from the chair and made my way out through the door. The interview had gone smoother than I’d expected.
The chat with the interviewer had been really nice. He had been easy–going and didn’t exude any kind of snobbish professionalism that some interviewers had. Anyway, he wasn’t like the ones i’d seen at the royal banquet a while back, who were so snobby and arrogant.
Overall, I felt pretty confident in the result of the interview. With any luck, I’d get a reply soon from them and maybe I could get to working already.
I was arranging my life in my head for some time to come.
Just as I stepped out of the building, my body froze.
Standing just a few feet away from me where two faces I didn’t think I’d have to see again. Tina and Agnrs.
Tina smiled provocatively when she got a good look at me and she asked loudly, ‘Adella, are you going out to work? Sure enough, those brothers of yours aren’t willing to keep spending money on you! Did they kick you out because you made a fool of yourself at the party! You deserve to be a beggar!‘
